What a beautiful house! So much space. Beds were comfortable. Inside was very clean. The outside of the house needs a really good power washing…but we understand it’s the end of summer. We probably got the house after several months of rentals. Also, not a huge deal. The patio and inside was perfect.

The house was great - just as described. Plenty of room for 3 families with a nice kitchen and great room. The roads getting into Split Rock need paving, but overall it was a great place to stay.

No hidden secrets. This house was great!

The house was large enough to accommodate all of my children and grandchildren and me (14).The hot tub, pool table, and fire pit were highlights for the kids. They enjoyed visits from deer too. It’s a beautiful space.

We booked for a 4 family getaway to snow tube. There was 16 people total. Tricky tree had plenty of beds and space for everyone. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We wished it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the covered porch.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were 4 families - 17 people (8 adults, 1 teen, 8 kids ages 3-8) - and there was plenty of room / beds / bathrooms. We did a lot of cooking & the kitchen was fully equipped with pots / pans / Pyrex dishes / flatware / serving spoons / pizza cutters / everything! Also a great cupboard to store your groceries ! If you're going to cook - just bring your spices. The freezer has an ice maker which was also a huge plus ! Plenty of space at the huge dining table for everyone to eat & large (very wide) kitchen island counter that was GREAT to sit at / eat at (has many stools). Especially fun set up for cooking together & hanging out with everyone. The main living room has big , comfortable furniture to just hang & spend time together. The house had a smart TV in every room & Hulu live provided by the house. You can log into any of your own accounts for Netflix/ etc. very easy to use. We went on a big football championship weekend & were able to watch all games & kids watched their movies as well. There is an indoor gas fire place that works with a thermostat. There is also an outdoor wood burning fire place on the screen porch off the kitchen. There are couches out there - Very pretty set up. On deck there is a hot tub which we loved to use in the 2 degree afternoon & in the snow ! Also on deck a grill with full tank, which we used. On the ground there is a lovely fire pit set up with benches around it, which we did not use. The grounds are flat and great for outdoor playing / snow man building / etc. upstairs there is a loft area with a pool table & an upstairs den with additional beds / couches / tv. Kids loved that for their movie room. Also more bedrooms. The communication was wonderful. There is an office that deals with your communication & they are available 24 hours a day for any issues. We went during a snow fall. House had shovels / salt. The roads were plowed in morning. One review said the blankets on beds were thin - they are thin, like quilts. The heat works well & we were very comfortable at night. Maybe bring another blanket if you want to lay on couch with it - but house is very very comfortable. All in all , one of the best homes we've rented. Plenty of room for 17 people (there are 4 full baths & one half !) and the area is just great !!! We also had access to activities on split rock (water park, snow tubing) but it was so cold we just hung out on property. Would highly recommend!!!

But they were clean and we were able to sleep comfortably. The place was spacious and we were able to have 14 people of various ages without anyone feeling that we were on top of each other. We were able to make it look festive for Christmas although it wasn’t home and we didn’t want to take a lot of decorations…the fireplace set the tone. The only complaint (and they couldn’t control it), we wanted snow for skiing and snow tubing…no luck!!!!

Can’t say enough, place was legit. The hot tub was clutch at night time, firepit in the backyard, right down the road from several real good bars and restaurants. Came here for a golf weekend and had about 5 great courses within 25 minutes of the location to choose from, not to mention being located on Split Rock golf course which was excellent. Highly Recommend!!

When we went to open the “time locked door” at 4:15 check in time, it did not work. Called the contact info and they were not aware of the issue but said she would call me back. When she called back she said she had bad news. The unit was not cleaned and she offered us to go somewhere for food. We had 3 children (6 years of age and under) who where hungry and had to use the bathroom. It was a nice offer, but the reason we rented the house was not to be around other people with COVID going around, so I said no thank you. At that time the cleaners just came to clean the house (4:30) so we waited outside in the car till they finished cleaning (6:00). When they finished, the electronic lock still would not let us in, but she did contact someone who temporarily open the door so we could get into the unit. Now, once in they kids could use the facilities and we could get them some food, The remaining of the stay was very good and when I reached out to them before leaving (they did not contact me, which was disappointing for them not to see if we got in and how we were doing) they did apologize and did give us a some money back for the inconvenience which was appreciated.The person was sorry and as she said it was “the perfect storm”-- our third snow fall-very busy and the cleaning people were short staffed and running behind but she did not know that- she said someone was to check on how we were doing after getting in (she was off), but they did not.So all in all, the facility was good and filled our need, but the communication was poor and frustrating in the beginning when were we attempting to get into the unit. I would give them another chance if they have a unit we wish to rent in the future as the contact person did sound sincere in her apology.
