The location was very good to get to anyway on the island. Place could use a good spring cleaning but clean enough. Had enough items in the kitchen to get by cooking for a week or so with a good size fridge.

I like the fact that Ms. Dina Lipanovich was very accommodating despite the fact that we were in the middle of island recovery after the destruction of typhoid Mawar. She relocated us from our previous booking due to no power and water. She didn't leave us to fetch for ourselves. She made sure that her staff were there, ready to receive us when we arrived. Queen (her manager) made sure our stay was comfortable, which we were truly grateful for.

The building looked rundown on the outside. And there were cars (looked like not working) parked outside, lining the front wall of the gate. It was hard to see oncoming cars when coming out of the premises. Also, there was only one washer and dryer for the whole unit.

The host was very accommodating and helpful with local questions. Parking was right out in front.

Little minor things like the light over the kitchen sink was burnt out and the refrigerator motor would make noise every now and then.

it was a family friendly environment . Very close to the University of Guam. Better than staying in a hotel .

Great, spacious rental and we felt like we were right at home. Everything we needed was there! The owner was kind and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay!!
