Good property in a convenient location close to the beach!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. Perfect Area. Close to everything .

We went down to recharge for the final push before summer. The kids loved it. We are very close to the beach access and the pool was great. Would go back for sure.

Overall.. very nice. Patio chair cushions could be replaced. It was nice to have a beach sun shade and would like to have a few basics … coffee filters and beach towels.

We stayed at this home for four days and loved it! It was very clean and equipped with all the essentials. It is half a block from the beach so it was super convenient. We will definitely be back to this home!

Our family has vacationed, every year, in South Padre for the last 40 years. Now, I take my own children. Our extended family, as well as my own family, stayed at this property exactly 5 years ago. Back then, it was rented through the owner and not a rental company. Well, we could definitely tell the difference. The property, back then, was much cleaner, much more comfortable, kitchen was much more well stocked and so much more. I could go on and on. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent stay but I defintely would not return to book this property. The sheets were of very poor quality. The bedspread felt like it hadn't been washed in some of the rooms, the kitchen had other people's leftover spices, opened syrups, pancake mixes, which we thought was gross. I know I wouldn't want to use and/or serve a stranger's opened food to my family. We basically brought our own. The AC was an issue from day one. Upstairs, it was so terribly hot and stuffy. We couldn't touch the thermostat to a certain degree or else it would freeze. Thank goodness we brought our own fan. The blender was horrific, we had to ask for a new one. No drawer space or closet space in the 3rd floor. Our family had to live out of a suitcase. Pool was small and the whole week we were there, we never saw anyone come to clean it. Couches need to be cleaned. They are VERY well worn down and could use replacing. Overall, it was a short walk to the beach which is what we loved the most. Thank you for a decent stay, it just was a ton better when the owner oversaw it.

I want to first say that the staff upon registering and check out was exemplary! We also had questions during our stay there and the staff was excellent in responding to our needs. Very polite and accommodating. This practice of patience, kindness and politeness goes a long way with customers and I was truly impressed, and I hope that your staff continues with this practice. I will certainly rent again from your company! The house was in excellent condition and really had no complaints. I wish the pool was just a little bigger but that was definitely not a major issue. I love the fact that we were close to a beach access point. That was very helpful and the fact that we were able to park four cars was a great asset! Thank you again and my compliments to the great staff at the front office and those that took care of our needs over the phone!

Perfect location a block from the beach. Beach is lovely, not crowded, and kept very clean. The house configuration is good, there is also a loft hangout enjoyed by kids. AC works great. Kitchen easy to cook in, but bring a sharp knife! We have rented this house 6 times! Need a few more bath towels though.

The house was ok. A bit outdated and dark. The room on the 2nd floor above the garage was very hot at night we had to leave door open to get the cool air from the hallway into the room. Overall not great but ok.

Had a great time at this beautiful condo. I over packed everything! The condo was well equipped with just about every thing you would need. Short walk to the beach. The weber charcoal grill was used every day..works great! Very spacious. Looking forward to the time!

4 bedroom residence is located in a perfect spot and just a half a block from the beach.. Very well maintained with very clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. Perfect floor plan with a small pool Easy access thru Garage or front door. I highly recommend this property. I will be back. Very professionally managed.. Courteous and friendly. I am previous customer of SPI Rentals.. My First Choice when visit South Padre Island

The staff was very helpful! I had a crisis on Friday and I contacted management to see if I could extend checkout time on Saturday and they were kind to extend checkout time for 2 hours. Only negative is the swimming pool was kind of small for 6 grandkids, but they enjoyed it! I loved staying here!

Check in and check out was fast. The house was big enough for all of us. The beach was walking distance, and we enjoyed having a swimming pool. Good experience.

We rented this unit March 19-26, 2021 and were very pleased with the property. It had the hotel feel when we went into the bathrooms with the amenities needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Overall, it was a great place . Pros: Clean, necessities provided (paper towels, tp, dishwasher pods, etc); fridge in garage; water filterCons: Pool is not heated; grill grate was rusted (purchased a new one); dull knives
