The room was still a bit dirty. Found other guests shoes under the bed

There were roaches, and no towels were available. When we asked for towels at the front desk, they said they couldn't get to them because of construction going on. So, we never got towels.

Dirty. Kids bare feet were black from carpet. Room smelled like mildew . They tried to make it updated

The beach and even though the Spa Tub needs my own personal cleaning whenever I go, afterwards, it is enjoyable.
This is my 3rd stay at this location and sadly, my last. This was a horrible stay made worse by the rude staff. They put me on a 1st floor room even though I paid for the balcony and they had no remorse in the decision. Because of their parking overload and charging $30 for Public Parking, they caused my car to be towed overnight, and once again had no remorse, and almost got into a fighting stance with me as I complained about it and went to pay $160 to retrieve it, along with other guests. They have no security, as noted when at 2 AM I go outside to find a strange man sitting at my window. This was a terrible and expensive experience and the last time I'll choose or recommend this place.

The ocean and the fact it was close to the Speedway.
Also the shops and places to were close bye.
The price was way to high and the building was way over due for remodeling. Breakfast
was a joke, vending machines and microwave, along with frozen foods. Room was dusty and very outdated for the price we paid.

The room sold itself. With double balconies and the view, plus an in room hot tub, made a perfect anniversary.
The view was the real highlight
The in room hot tub was huge and worked great.
Checkin and Checkout were super efficient.
My only gripe is that I had to do a serious cleaning on the hot tub before use.

A great location in Daytona, on the beach. Convenient to area activities. Nice shower with fast hot water.
Parking at motel was full both nights, so parked across the street, after asking the security guard. I didn’t know if across the street was part of the motel, or not.

the staff was very friendly . We where there for the turkey rod run and enjoyed the court yard view . rooms smell great when we walked in everything setup nice and clean . office was very homie feeling and breakfast area very friendly feeling was in room 102 we will be back next year or sooner . court yard was nicely done for the Christmas time of year
rm 102 very dark in the corner where the table and chairs where could use a light over table . Parking was tight but got the show car in there fine .

It was not good parking, parking lot congested, it had little tiny roaches in the room. If you put any open food are drink down the roaches would take over.

Love the location to everything. Room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Nice that they offer breakfast. Every time we go to Daytona we stay here.
The air conditioner was extremely noisy every time it came on, especially when your trying to sleep. Everything that was metal was rusty (all the light fixtures). Nothing a little paint would cover.

We loved the location. We were able to walk to a concert at the bandshell. We love that this hotel was oceanfront and they also had a nice pool. Breakfast was nice also. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were able to check in 2 hours early.
The toilet had problems flushing.

Breakfast was serviceable. Could be better. Location was perfect. We will be back next year.
Floors were pretty dirty. I realize that there's a beach nearby but the floors were not cleaned prior to our stay. Not good.

Room had trash on floor from previous guests and used bars of soap from guests left in the bathtub area.

our location was next to a bar , very loud all night , run down , stayed 4 days never once was the room cleaned , over priced because of bike week, and very run down

Location! Was very close the Main Street Bike Week events. Everything was in walking distance.
The floors were sandy when we got their and it was hard to keep the sand off the beds.
