La falta de insumos para la llegada de nuevo huéspedes, no había javon para lavarse las manos y muchos electrodomésticos estaban rotos y en mal estado, las camas eran muy incomodas

Estuvo limpio

No hubo accesibilidad para horas extras, se nos cobro un día entero por 3 horas extras que se pedían, el desayuno prometido era más un Coffee break, se nos contacto con información de check in el mismo día de la reservacion en vez de un día antes, no contestaban al teléfono dado en booking antes de que ellos te contactaran para la reservación. Regadera con poca presión de agua y problemas con el baño.

The breakfast was minimal, consisting of coffee, banana and donut/rolls. It was available starting at 9am. The room was small but comfortable and the location was great for our planned journey to the ADO Bus Terminal the next morning. GREAT staff and excellent value for the price paid. The location is right next to an AKI supermarket as well as Mercado 28 which is a good last souvenir stop before heading out of Cancun.

Es un lugar ideal para dormir, la habitación es pequeña, tiene televisión con cable, el agua de la ducha sale caliente, todo muy organizado. El desayuno es pan, café y una fruta.

La habitación no tiene luz solar pero está bien iluminada con la luz eléctrica, los alrededores no son muy bonitos aunque no inseguros y quedan cerca restaurantes.

It was clean and exactly what we wanted for one night.

The staff spook not one word English. We also booked with breakfast but that was at 9 o’clock so to late for us to catch our plane and they wanted not even Give us a coffee so that was a disappointment.

Price, location, free parking nearby. The fact that I only stay there for one night.

The smell of mold everywhere, the apartment was filthy, my pillowcase was dirty. No windows. Breakfast was apple and coffee.

Close to bus station, a big supermarket and good tacos

The pipes caused loud noises throughout the night. It was quite dirty and there was no hot water in the shower

Le distributeur à eau potable gratuit, l'emplacement et la climatisation.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisine ainsi qu'a la réception), la douche fixée au mur n'a pas un débit suffisant et ne distribue pas d'eau chaude et le lit avec ressors très peu confortable.

Price was ok for one night and a short stay in Cancun.

No one was at the reception, when we arrived at 10pm. It was also not very easy to find. We could only come in since other guests took us with them. The door code was sent via WhatsApp one hour before arrival at the accommodation but it was our first night in Mexico therefore we had no internet connection and couldn’t read the message. Also in the morning no one was at the reception. We booked with breakfast but there was no breakfast. Very disappointing. Room was ok, has no daylight and bathroom was ok.

Julio nos atendió muy bien y estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada orientándonos como llegar al lugar....el precio estuvo bastante accesible tomando en cuenta que solo utilizamos el cuarto para dormir un poco antes de irnos al aeropuerto @ 4am.

Creo que pueden mejorar la limpieza en cuanto al baño, toallas y ropa de cama se refiere, una de las almohadas no tenía funda y dejaba al descubierto lo sucia y con hongo de humedad en ella, (obviamente no la usé) pero repito, por $20 dlls. la noche creo que no está nada mal, volvería a hospedarme ahi si fuera el caso.

Bien placé dans la rue commerçante de Tulum. Taxis et collectivo proche. Emplacement sympa pour sortir (hors de la zone hôtelière)

No había ventanas en la habitación y el baño. Los artefactos como llaves de agua y ducha bien precarios y con sarro. Los colchones, se sentían los resortes

The room was clean, bed comfortable and clean towels.

So much! It was self check in but I Never received a message with the code or any further information! I messaged lots of time with no replies. I also called but their phone doesn't even work! I arrived late at night which I had informed them and that was the only time, same day of booking, they replied saying its OK and will send me instructions a day before. The instructions never came! Luckily there was a Guest awake when I arrived and he let me in, otherwise would of been stranded in Cancun City, solo female traveller at night, so unerving! There was no one in reception, no note for me, NADA! I went to check the rooms and found one unlocked with the keys on the door, thankfully it was clean and set up so I helped myself. In the morning still no personal and by 9:45am no breakfast either, no number or way of contacting the staff. The experience overall was so unpleasant! Made my journey stressful not knowing if I'll be able to get in, and still haven't heard from them and didn't even get breakfast! I deserve a refund

Organisation à revoir... ce jour là pas de petit déjeuner, nous patientons car il nous dit que dans 15 min il sera là puis finalement au bout de 25 min, il nous dit qu'il arrivera dans 30 min... les imprevus peuvent arriver mais en plus c'était très bruyant, pas propre (taches oranges sur les taies d'oreillers, sdb pas propre) On a été très déçu d'autant que le prix n'est pas donné

La chambre est assez grande avec un petit frigo, la clim... ça s'arrête là pour le positif...... La proximité avec le Mercado 28.... qui est plutôt attrape touristes..... passez votre chemin.

Difficile d' arriver dans l' hôtel. Le code n'est pas précisé avant .... vois attendez longtemps devant la grille de la maison alors même que vous avez un contact par WhatsApp qui vous dis on vous attend .... Le lit de ma chambre (numéro 7) à une moitié cassé avec des ressorts qui ne tiennent plus .... 1h30 de discussion quand ils veulent bien répondre pour accepter de le changer de chambre .... Le ménage c'est pas ça non plus ... moustiques écrasés sur les murs traces sur les murs, frigos sales, dans la première chambre un emballage de nourriture sous le lit resté depuis bien longtemps.... dans la seconde chambre prête et "propre" une vieille serviette attend sur la porte .... une poubelle pour le papier toilette pas vidée.... Pour le petit déjeuner on est proche de la blague. Une cafetière à l'entrée, des gobelets, un croissant et des pommes .... et débrouillez vous avec ça ... Le séjour était en promotion... mais sinon ça ne vaut pas le coup ....

What I liked most: leaving the hotel

I’ve travelled a lot in my young days. Asia, South America, America Etc. I’ve never stayed in a more grossed out hotel. For this money I could have spend 20 days in clean and fun hostels in Thailand. We are not backpackers anymore but please if you are: do not spend a little extra because you expect to have a fancy and well deserved rested night. Because you will find the opposite.

The staff was very friendly the hostel offered a lot of activities.

The bathroom was small.

Es lo que necesitabamos solo para dormir, perfecto. La ubicación y precio excelente, no batallamos para llegar muy centrico.

La proximité du centre (10 min à pieds). Pas de problème de sécurité. La gentillesse des réceptionnistes.

La salle de bain était sale (j’ai retrouvé un rasoir utilisé) j’ai dû appeler le réceptionniste pour le nettoyage. Pas de fenêtre (mais peut-être qu’il y’en avait dans d’autres chambres). Pas de nettoyage tous les jours de la chambre (A revoir)

Personnel très sympathique, n'hésite pas à aider si besoin. Contact facile par Whatsapp. Emplacement dans une ruelle calme à 2 min à pied du Mercado. Proche des arrêts de bus pour rejoindre les plages et la zone hôtelière. Chambre confortable, climatisation et frigo appréciés dans la chambre. Petite terrasse agréable quoique petite. Eau à disposition.

Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la chambre (ça peut arriver au Mexique). Petit déjeuner inexistant (distribution d'une banane et d'un café), ne comptez pas dessus. Le pied du lit a cédé mais a été réparé rapidement.
