Check in was advertised at 3.00pm but we could not get in until gone 4.00. Although the property was excellent, it was let down by the terrible swimming pool area. For three day it was covered in seagull poo and most of the loungers were either broken or soiled. The pool needs complete renovation, with black mould on the tiles and generally in poor condition. The surrounding area was covered in paint splashes and there were no parasols. Worst pool we have ever experienced and detracted from the holiday.

Amazing views and location, home from home facilities and comfy beds with lovely views all round the apartment. Nice walk into the old town down the prom or lots of bars and restaurant choices a stones through away.

Edgar did everything for us to enjoy our stay in a wonderful apartment. We are very satisfied. Beautiful views from the balcony , new , comfortable furniture , lots of light and space , excellent location of the apartment , well equipped kitchen with everything you need made our stay great .
Deposit EUR 300 was unpleasant surprise.

The property was clean and well positioned close to the harbour bars and restaurants. The apartment has A/C WiFi and a small balcony.
The apartment is vulnerable to noise from bars and street until 5am so be aware of this if you are sleeping in the bedroom at the front of the apartment. Also we had issues being locked out of the main bedroom due to the lock failing. The manager promised to get this sorted within a few days but this failed to be repaired and we had to spend most of the day waiting in/close by to get this repaired so be aware of this as well.

The views from the apartment were fantastic. Close to the marina area which we are familiar with
From previous visits the pool area is starting to look a bit tired now, not enough sun beds in the pool area.

Fantastic location, right on the harbour and ultra modern apartment. Amazing view from balcony. 25 minute walk to old town. Beaches fantastic.
Two minor niggles:
Towels in apartment were poor. The two ‘bath’ size were small and we had to wash a few times. Therefore, would have liked more towels and better quality, same comment re beach towels.
Only 4 mugs, again would have liked more.

This property is absolutely fantastic. it is been refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms are luxurious, the beds are very comfortable and the storage is excellent. The most wonderful thing about this property are the views from every window. They really are breath-taking. The port is just outside the door and it is a leisurely stroll to the old town. Do yourself a favour and book this accommodation. You will not be disappointed.
There really is absolutely nothing not to like about this property. Zero negatives to report.

During check-in at FABULOUS APARTMENT in Estepona on 14-Dec-2021 we have paid a deposit of 300 EUR as requested by the host. This amount has still not been returned despite the fact that the host has agreed to refund the entire amount and promised to do so as soon as possible. He stopped replying to messages in Booking Assistant on the 5th of January. We also can't get any response on Whatsapp and Mobile.
Unfortunately, we have no choice but to consider this behavior on the part of the host as fraud. Beware of fraudsters.

The appartment is very modern and contains everything you need
The parking of the building was disappointing, very difficult to find a spot and once you find one it required advanced skills to park. It is better to park in the open parking area at the end of the port

We had a great time in Estepona and the apartment was very nice. Suitable for both couples and families. The balcony has an amazing view over the port.
We highly recommend it!
