Our stay was very nice. Unit was very comfortable and quiet. Location is in a nice older neighborhood that was quiet. Host was very responsive and attentive to the needs of our atay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and it was exactly what was advertised. The host Rasheeda answered all my questions and was very prompt. The room was extra clean and it matched my personality.
I will be returning soon and I want to say thanks for a wonderful stay.

Checked in March 18, 2022 and left within 15 minutes and moved to Marriott Courtyard on Carmichael for 6 nights. Property was not habitable. Very dirty carpets, walls, bathroom had cabinet drawers with dried makeup inside. Tub had been repaired with tape to hold it together. Called and spoke with your agent Rodrigo who was excellent and advised that I send evidence showing photos of which we took several but I am having trouble sending them. I will not pay money for this. As a former Executive Housekeeper for Hilton Hotels I would advise that you remove this property from your list.

Checked in March 18, 2022 and left within 15 minutes and moved to Marriott Courtyard on Carmichael for 6 nights. Property was not habitable. I LEFT THE PROPERTY BEFORE COMPLETION OF STAY! DON'T BE FOOLED BY ADVERTISING PICTURES, LIES!! I arrived early Monday morning, 2am approximately The room was cold, a little electric heater is all you get. I could see outside and feel the wind inside with the door closed and the screen door is just horrible. The bathtub is pieces put together with a bunch of tape and the shades were either dirty or rusty. There is no looking outside through the windows because the sticks to twist shades open were removed. The curtains wouldn't move either.(Plenty of sunlight around the door tho) The last straw was seeing the mattress I was sleeping on! It was filthy and the owner assumed the last renter did it! HA! When did you last change your sheets? Whoever "cleaned" that room could not miss a huge1/4 of mattress stain that dark! No matress protection w/COVID delta variants being rampant. I didn't sleep the night I saw that mattress and left the very next day feeling awkward. Her denial of know mattress condition and no offer of a solution left me shocked. It also made me feel like she didn't manage the property well. I took pictures but don't have upload feature for this review. Also had to search VRBO to leave this review because I didn't get a "give a review" email. Hmm
