The house and location are exceptional. One of the prettiest houses directly facing the beach with a wall of windows. Making coffee and watching the sunrise from the deck each morning was a special treat. It is only a few steps to the wooden bridge across the dunes to the practically empty beach.

Some minor maintenance things will make it top notch - touchup paint baseboards, replacing AC vents with plastic ones so they don't rust in the humid air, use a label maker to mark all of the light switches (never did find one to turn the bottom patio lights off)

The location is fabulous. The view from the top balcony is amazing and the furnishings to e joy the outdoors were really nice.

Dripping condensation in the master bed and some definite moldy ceiling spots. No ice maker in the fridge and keeping ice in the countertop ice maker was a full time job. Also, the coffee maker was broken. Even after we bought the stuff to descale (which it said it needed) it still didn’t work. No worries there’s one in the pantry…….without a pot! For this type of home to not have those conveniences is ridiculous!

Very, very bad service! while booking the respons was immediate. After paying/check in the service did not respond to my questions. They did not pick up the phone and no respons to several e-mails. They take your money, but don’t want any questions or requests. The cleaning was poor. We cleaned the facilities (fridge, cooking devices, kitchen) ourselves by arrival. And worst of all, we paid top dollar for cleaning! That was not included and has to be additionaly paid. Crappiest rental service I have ever experienced!!

The location is great!

The house needs a lot of maintenance. Things didn’t work or were just not available. The sink in one bathroom had the drain assembly disconnected. The chairs in the lower area were not safe to use, broken, missing parts. The bbq pits were old and nasty. There was bird droppings all over, some clearly have been there for a long time as the paint was discolored. The main entry door doesn’t close correctly and the lock combo doesn’t work. You cant view more then two tv’s at a time. There’s not a sharp knife in the place. Big deal - the ice maker doesn’t work! This is important, there are clear signs of mold growth on the ceilings from leaks! There were other things, but I think this gives you an idea that there needs to be some maintenance done to the property and some upgrades to the appliances.
