Pools were great. One day was closed the worker did not really say why. Sinage would be good if the worker can't communicate why the pool is closed. Condo was great.

Pool closure and rhe gate is broken from the street to the condo. There is a special way to get in. Lol. This should be fixed as residents were teaching residents the special way to get into the gate.

Had everything we needed and then some! Great location owners supplied items that you may have forgotten even toys for the children. Beds were comfortable kitchen outstanding! We were all set up!

Walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor in the heat was probably the only thing I didn’t like about the property but it was still worth it! Also cleaning ladies came early while we were trying to pack up and felt rushed! They were sweet though!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. It was close to the pool and parking lot was close to the stairs.

One staff member kept the doors locked, even when he was in his office talking on a personal call. He was too busy to answer our repeated knocking so we had to drive out of the complex and park near another office door. He stayed on his phone while I tried to explain what I needed. The office was unattended every time we went to pay the parking fee and they tagged our car with a towing notice giving us until noon or the car would be towed. They wouldn’t answer the door so I called the manager KATIE since it’s 11:00 and the phone recording gave her name and number. . She told me how ridiculous I was to call her as if getting your vehicle towed wasn’t serious. The parking fee is only payable online except my phone wouldn’t scan the QR code due to terrible WiFi signal. They never offered the WiFi password so we could pay. They were just a bunch of useless staff who needed to be replaced.

The television were older and small. Firestick couldn't be hooked up on one television.

The balcony was dirty and not pleasant to spend time on.
