Very close to restaurants and the Dock. The view was great. Lots of space.
Trash and food leftovers still there from previous tenants. Since you charge for a cleaning fee, it should have been clean. Pull out couch mattress pad was dirty. Not good.

View, parking, privacy, bed, very comfortable! Table on porch! Ducks & fishing, water... location, definitely would come back!
Lots of space- very cozy
No stove & the "flood lights on back porch... Extremely bright- on all night!"

Location is right in middle of downtown. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Beaches are a short drive away. Front of unit is actually on back of commercial building facing the water.
Labeling the light/fan switches. Took a while to figure this out. The switch may be a long way from the appliance. Its a big unit that underwent a lot of modification. The unit is on 2nd floor. There are 25 steps to enter.

The location was great, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The view of the waterway was amazing. There was plenty of room, and it was very clean
The stairs are a lot but I managed.
