The property is a little dated as said by others, but I found that was part of the charm. Our family enjoyed the fire pit area, and the screened in porch was the best, we spent a lot of our time there. The kids love the yard. For us it was just where we wanted to be.
The host was wonderful to work with as I had some changes take place between booking and arrival.
I would recommend this place for anyone looking for the cottage feel and a place to sit back and relax.
If i had to pick something I didn't like, it would be the cushions on the seating on the back porch, but seriously, how many people sit on them in a year? So I really can't find anything bad.

Lovely cottage, shaded location. Great beach within walking distance. All need for family for a week.

It was cozy and very welcoming.
I thought it could be a little more lighting around the area.
