It was ok

Soft spots in the floor throughout the house and a HUGE hole in the living room floor we had to use 2 chairs to cover it so no one would fall through .. we were told it was 1 soft spot that had been caused by previous tenant dropping a case of water but there were soft spots everywhere in the house so we were lied to … for 1000 bucks we felt betrayed and cheated … the place looks like it’s ready to be demolished… I’m a contractor ( remodeling) so I know the place is old but the person we spoke to lied to us about the property .. the floor is a safety issue and needs redone before it’s rented out again . Someone can fall through and be hurt really bad

Cozy and close to the beach

There was no breakfast provided. We bought out own. The location is good, but the beach house needs renovation and some new sofas and a new King bed. The floor is in terrible condition with a coffee table covering a dangerous weak spot in the floor. The front door has no peep hole and the bedrooms have no fire alarms. Many of the furnishings are torn and the facility looks like a grammar school kid does the repairs and touch up. Your organization needs to visit the facility and not offer it for rent until it meets reasonable standards.

All of the above issues need to be addressed and we need a complete refund for this run -down house.

This house is so cute! The location could not be better! It’s literally a minute walk to the beach right down the road! The owners are fantastic and very helpful as well! We will definitely be staying here again!

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay!

Great view, close to beach! A wonderful cozy beach house. All of the comforts for both young and older guests. Guest contact was super friendly. Checked on us before arrival and was easy to contact! A very clean and well kept house. Staying makes you feel like you are at your home!

You could see and hear the ocean even though it wasn't beach front. The beds were comfy and the whole house was cozy. The price was a great for the location

The instructions for the lockbox were or correct. The local host responded quickly and was helpful.
