Mouse issue and cleaning was much to be desired

The view of the mountains was beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and beds were comfy.

There could have been lighting up the steps to the cabin and the outside grill needs to be fixed

Location was fine. Hot tub with view of the mountains was great.

The decor needs to be updated. Coffee pot and cutlery need to be updted.

It was a nice quiet spot loved the hot tub and big porch also we had trouble getting up in my car not being a 4wheel drive so the guy that lived there was very helpful by showing us how to drive up.

The hot water didn't last long. The bed was broken and hard as a rock to top that off there was a bloody sheet in the closet!! Room doors didn't shut. The internet half worked but that wasn't really a big deal for us.

One we were in the cabin that we had booked, we enjoyed the cabin. The views from the hot tub were amazing. Very clean and comfortable.

When we arrived, we were told that our cabin was being repaired due to a water leak and that we had been assigned a different cabin. When choosing this location, the online pictures showed a view overlooking the mountains, a two bedroom, two bath cabin with a fireplace and washer and dryer. The "new" cabin was unacceptable. We had no view, no washer/dryer, no fireplace, and only one bathroom. The place was dirty and run down (mold in the one bathroom, a musty smell throughout, a microwave that was broken, and an oven door that was broken). After spending a miserable night in that cabin, we were told that our cabin had been repaired and we could move to "our" cabin for the remainder of the trip. Turns out, the cabin we had originally booked was not being repaired at all but a different cabin's water heater broke so they moved those folks to "our" cabin. Very disappointing to be told untruthful information.
