This is a 2-bedroom apartment in a beautiful condo. It's spacious, nicely appointed and has all the appliances you need. The Amelia Island beach is 6' away by foot. The terrace is very pleasing. There are restaurants within walking distance and many others 10' away by car. The owner is very kind and helpful.

You may want to get a map to locate the building in the condo. It took me a few minutes to find it.

The location is excellent, close to the beach, several restaurants, grocery stores and more. The downtown area is around 8 minutes away. The host added some wonderful "small touches" like mints on the pillows and bottled water in the fridge. We would have liked to stay longer!

One of the best places I've stayed on the island. Beautiful property & condo. Spacious, well equipped, super clean. Communication was impeccable! I'd highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The only downside and it's just me, condo was on the 3rd floor and lots of stairs! However, I did like being high up!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Also there were lots of extras, such as snacks, water and coffee, etc. Very good location for walking to beach and some restaurants. It was very quiet and relaxing. Great value. Shelly was so helpful with information and questions.

The showers were hard to get the water started. Also, for older people the steps were hard to climb with luggage.

There we lots of unexpected little extras that the host (Shelly) provided to make a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well some Shelly!

Very Cute and clean. Quite with beautiful mature trees making a canopy across the property. Sitting on the back porch was like being in a screened in large tree house.

Struggled to turn on the shower. There were directions but it took some effort.

The pool was nice, very quick 1min drive to the beach with free parking. Putt- putt golf and restaurants galore near by but they all close early. I liked that there was a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. The queen size bed was moderately comfortable. The decor and couches and all where nice and the way they had the porch set up was great. Didn't hear any neighbors on the top floor but I have no idea if my kids stomping around affected the floor below us.

The AC was hardly working for 1, it was never lower than 77 in the apartment which made it extremely difficult to sleep. They were aware of the problem before our arrival and didn't move us to a different location. The AC repair person came without warning but we were happy to see them, so our last day was far better than the 1st 2. However, they didn't expect them to come until we had left according to the manager. Not to nit pick, most things were clean, but there were several locations that had a lot of dust such as the light fixtures and the bed headboards, top of lamps etc and my 10 month old was sneezing from that... Also the condo was on the 3rd floor and I didn't recall seeing a specification that it was. And lastly, the twin beds where extremely uncomfortable. My husband choose to sleep on the floor with pillows if that says anything.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts (Shelly and her husband) made us feel very welcome, and came over to help us use the tv, which we should have figured out on our own. There was a good trail to A1A, easy to cross and get to the beach quickly.

The location was wonderful. We walked to the beautiful beach and enjoyed the ocean air. The screened in porch was wonderful. After a day of adventuring around the neighboring islands the porch was perfect for relaxing.
