We stayed recently for our son's wedding in Lula. The location was great and the house was adorable. Check-In was easy and the property was very clean.The driveway was pretty steep, so navigating that was a bit interesting, but we made it work :) Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

We had a great trip at this lake property! The house had plenty of room for all generations (ages 14 months - 82!) and plenty of linens/towels were provided. The driveway is very steep, but there was plenty of room for all our cars to fit and the host allowed our grandparents to park in the garage for easy entry to the house. Access to the lake was a little difficult for the youngest and oldest in our crew as there are quite a few uneven steps and the dock is a little wobbly. Once on the dock, there is plenty of sitting room and the water was perfect for swimming or kayaking. The house located at the end of a lake alcove, so you have lots of privacy and no boat traffic. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating outside and inside for everyone, and the decks were very spacious. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful time!

This house was nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The house had very comfortable beds. There are plenty of places for people to eat a meal. The only complaint was that the walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear people in other rooms talking as if they were in our room. The floors are very squeaky. But the host was easy to work with and we enjoyed our weekend very much!

Great big house with many rooms and spaces (in and out) to spread out to. Perfect for multi-gen trip!
The owner was quick to reply, helpful and considerate.
Plenty of beds & the kitchen layout was great for gathering us all. Plus there are some well-appointed decor so it elevates the stay to feel a bit more charming.
The house is a little tired in places (cobwebs on windows, kitchen cabinets could be refreshed), and noise travels from the first floor up to the Master Suite.
The dock location in the cove is not *great* for swimming. It is however, a fun spot to fish!
Overall a lovely accommodation.

Wonderful trip on Lake Lanier!
This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood on the lake. Gorgeous wooded lot, boat dock, tons of space, beautiful kitchen!!! The deck was perfect for corn hole (we brought that with us) and the fire pit was great! We rented a boat and enjoyed having the dock at the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the lake.
The cove the house was on was quiet with very little boat traffic. It's a great house to host several families with the additional living space on the bottom floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the large kitchen to prepare meals. We will be back again.

The only down side is parking on the steep driveway is very stressful but the owner worked with us and allows guests to park in the garage! Definitely recommend this property for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful Lake House for the Perfect Get Away
House was a beautiful property with just about everything you can ask for! The communication with the host was amazing and I got a response within 15 minutes no matter the time of the day/night. The dock down at the lake was perfect to hang out on and soak up some sunshine! The only down side is parking on the steep driveway is very stressful but the owner worked with us and allows guests to park in the garage! Definitely recommend this property for a peaceful getaway!

Thanksgiving Reunion
There were 13 of us, and the house was perfect: clean, organized, and roomy. Stephen called to make sure that we were settling in, which I thought was very kind of him. Stephen also responded to a minor issue. Some of the outlets in one of the bedrooms were not working. I called Stephen, and he had an electrician out the next day, which was the day before Thanksgiving. Also, we appreciated having an oven downstairs. We cooked the turkey upstairs and the pies down stairs. Thank you, Stephen, for a wonderful home for our family to gather. We would be pleased to gather there again!

I was surprised there was only a Webber kettle type grill vs a propane, gas or pellet grill. It worked out great but come prepared with charcoal and a little extra time to heat the grill up. Also, bring a tool to clean the grill.

A big bonus is that it is RIGHT on a cove with a dock. We rented a boat and it was fantastic to just pull up to our own dock to take people back and forth on the lake.
We had plenty of room! The way the rooms are set up is perfect. Two bedrooms feature bunk beds, and the other bedrooms provided plenty of space.
I imagine this home would work well to host a family reunion type event too.

I hosted an employee retreat at this home. We are in the restaurant business so the employees are over worked and worn out! Having such a large and comfortable home worked perfectly for us! The house had so much space and all of the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very kind and easy to reach at all times. I don't really give reviews online, positive or negative, but had to give one here. Over all the stay was good and location is beautiful, but there few things that could have been managed better. Checkin process was lame, we were to check in at 4, but got email with details at around 6, two hours delay and my friends and kids were frustrated. None of the rooms had blinds, imagine you want to get some rest, but sun would not let you , just added to the frustration. Looks like some renovation underway as we saw dissembled blinds in the closet, but No heads up was given. We messaged at the time of checkout and have not received any confirmation till date. As i said its a great place to be, but needs to be managed better. Had to give my honest opinion , just so things can get better down the line.

The overall experience of the home was beautiful . Visiting grandkids who live in ga
The home fit our needs perfectly, it was clean, organized, and beautiful. Every question I had was answered promptly. My group fell in love with their space, grandkids from age 8 to 21. I always bring a few large electric skillets for cooking for my large group, so keep that in mind because there wasn’t much in the way of large cooking pots pans. My son brought his boat over, and we enjoyed tubing and kneeboarding and he was able to dock at the house. My only suggestion would be to add a ladder to the dock, so getting out of water would be easier .

Peaceful Getaway
We had the most amazing Covid getaway! We were looking for a scenic view and peaceful atmosphere to get away from all of the crazy in the world right now and this house was perfect! We spent the weekend cooking, kayaking and paddle boarding. The house is on an inlet which was great for our smaller children. The inlet connects to the larger river which was also super fun for the adults/bigger kids. Coffee in the morning on the dock was our favorite part! We definitely recommend Stephen and this house:)

Peaceful Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time! Quiet and cozy home with all the necessities. Beautiful hardwood floors and nicely decorated as a lake cabin. The home is also spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The water was up so great water access for boating. Great private family getaway!! Would love visit again in the future!!

This house was everything we could wish for. My children loved the dock and spent most of their time in the water! But the house is my most favorite of all times. it was perfect for our family. The owner was easy to work with from the first moment I booked until we checked out.
