Das Rose Retreat ist ein neu renoviertes Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern im Zentrum von Port Fairy. Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und bietet alles, was Port Fairy zu bieten hat.
Das Haus öffnet sich zu einem großen Wohnbereich mit Ledersofas vor Ihrem eigenen Kamin. Wählen Sie einen Film aus der DVD-Sammlung aus oder bringen Sie ein Brettspiel von zu Hause mit und genießen Sie hochwertige Familienzeit. Es gibt auch einen zweiten Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss mit TV. Perfekt, um die Kinder mit einem Film wegzuschmeißen und die schöne Zeit zu genießen.
Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank und einem großen separaten Gefrierschrank, Backofen und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Stellen Sie die Kinder auf einen der Barhocker und servieren Sie Müsli, während die Sonne durch das Fenster scheint. Es gibt auch einen separaten Essbereich mit einem Esstisch für 10 Personen.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und zusätzlichen Stauraum. Es gibt auch ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche im Erdgeschoss.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 5 Schlafzimmer. Der geräumige Master hat ein King-Zimmer mit Ventilator und Split-System, das Zimmer hat große Fenster und eine perfekt positionierte Chaiselongue. Genießen Sie eine schöne Zeit bei einer Tasse Tee vor den großen Erkerfenstern. Das zweite und vierte Schlafzimmer enthalten beide Queens, das dritte ein Tribunk mit Einzelbett.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Badezimmer mit separater Badewanne und Dusche sowie ein Zimmer mit separater Toilette.
Die Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine rustikale Bar im Innenbereich mit einem TV, der ideal ist, um das Spiel bei ein paar Bieren zu verfolgen. Hier befindet sich auch das 5. und 6. Schlafzimmer, ein Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett und verbundenem Zimmer mit Etagenbetten. Ideal für Teenager, die ein bisschen Unabhängigkeit wünschen.
Draußen befindet sich ein großer Garten mit einem Trampolin im Garten, in dem die Kinder sich amüsieren oder eine Partie Footie spielen können. Der Garten ist absolut sicher und tierfreundlich.

Really nice property very spacious and garage turned into a gaming room with pool table table tennis and foosball huge back yard with trampoline lots to keep kids entertained and only short drive to shops and fishing was amazing at moyne river just around the corner

Perfect for multiple families in a great location
We shared this house with two other families and it met our needs perfectly.
It is a short stroll to the Main Street and the house had everything we needed. It was well equipped with toys, games, trampoline, games tables, high chair, high quality bedding , heating, kitchen utensils, bbq…….the list goes on!
We were all very impressed with the house and highly recommend it

This place advertised a play space with a pool table and table tennis table in a separate garage but the doors were locked and there was no key available to get into it. The trampoline was looking very tattered around the edges and uninviting. The outdoor seating area at the back overlooking the lawn had many spiderwebs.
It advertises for 13 people but the bedroom at the back has no window or ventilation and is quite stuffy; the bunk beds are very compact and uninviting.
The dishwasher is only half size and for a place that supposed to accommodate 13 people this is not really practical.
There are only 10 dining chairs so any more than 10 have to sit on bar stools.
The stairs were steep and the layout of the ground floor is a bit confusing. Would not recommend this place for for older people.
However, the house was clean and the location quiet and had a good front lawn enclosed by a gate so is good for young kids to play in. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Good size freezer and fridge.

It was a fabulous place to stay but not enough bedrooms for us. Not sure if it was miscommunication on our behalf but only 4 bedrooms & we asked for a place with 6. We had to revise our stay but the beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture, clean & great facililities & games etc for the family

Port fairy break
It was a fabulous place to stay but not enough bedrooms for us. Not sure if it was miscommunication on our behalf but only 4 bedrooms & we asked for a place with 6. We had to revise our stay but the beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture, clean & great facililities & games etc for the family

We stayed with a large group of 14.
The property catered very well to our needs. It was very clean.
It was an easy walk in to town for activities and the house was well stocked with books and toys for the children in our group.
The games shed is excellent and we made good use of it.
The managers were super accompanying of our need to change dates due to covid restrictions.
Some notes for future guests: the upstairs shower is bigger, but down stairs had better water pressure. The dish washer is very small, but these are the only 3 challenges we had with an otherwise excellent property.
