We are absolutely delighted with our experience! The service was outstanding, and the entire team was amazing! We truly appreciate all their hard work, dedication, and the effort they put into helping tourists reach and enjoy this wonderful place. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional! A very special thank you to Georgia, who was absolutely wonderful! She was always there to help us, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. We were warmly welcomed, treated with genuine kindness, and served delicious food. Thank you so much to the entire team for your incredible hospitality, care, and excellent service! Everything was lovely from start to finish. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. A special shout-out to Georgia, who was an absolute superstar from beginning to end. Her warmth, help, and attention made our stay even more special. A big bravo to Georgia and the whole team for creating such a wonderful experience!

One area that could be improved is the organization and cleanliness of the riverfront areas. It would be wonderful to see the entire area kept a little tidier and more organized. I also wish there were more garbage bins along the riverfront, as this would make it easier for visitors to keep the area clean and enjoyable for everyone.

I had a wonderful time on the river! Georgia made the experience the best! She was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Wow! My 7 year old son and I absolutely LOVED our 2-night stay here, no matter how busy they were all of the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere perfect. It’s stunning during the day and evening, there were some lovely walks, the room and beds were really clean and comfortable, and I’m really glad we stayed 2 nights - I would highly recommend.
