The staff was very kind and the room was nice and clean. It had everything I needed for a 2-night stay. Convenient location as well.

I’m in the military and was inform to come back to work which I informed the clerk of after making the reservation. They were more worried about keeping my money than understanding of my situation as a military member. The unfortunate part is that the hotel is located less than 2 minutes away from a military installation and they were more concerned about keeping my money rather than supporting the military. I have reported this incident to the military installation and will spread he word to ensure that military members do not go make any reservations at the Brown Dot hotel.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to stay again next time we visit.

Great location near variety of cafes and shops, although not very close to subway. Cozy and sweet room with all necessary amenities. And nice little present from hotel - cosmetic "woman" bag with tooth brush and paste, cotton discs and other useful things (like condoms 😆)
