Very charming property. Retained some features of the very old house it is but was completely renovated inside. A step back in time. Bedrooms have ample space and the extra bathrooms were convenient. The location was ideal-very close to the cathedral and other sites in the historic area. Not far either (10 min walk) from a busy avenue for a decent sized grocery store, access to public transportation. The historic area is pedestrian only so we really enjoyed having no car traffic. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. A beautiful park is just a few minutes walk away from the house.

There are 3 levels with kitchen, dining, a bathroom and a living area on the 2nd floor. One bedroom and bathroom on ground floor and 3rd floor. Advertising does not mention this. The stairs are steep, narrow and marble. Definitely inconvenient for anyone but very challenging/dangerous for anyone with mobility issues. Not suitable for children. Couldn’t get large suitcases up to 3rd floor bedroom. We weren’t able to use the lovely top floor patio much because it wasn’t very easy to carry anything like coffee, wine, snacks etc up the stairs to enjoy the fresh air. There was noticeable amount of foot traffic with tour groups going by and the general public wandering around the otherwise quiet, dead end street.

In a wonderful location, very close to the cathedral. Well appointed with a lovely roof top terrace.

Steps from the Real Alcazar and cathedral. Lovely Historic building. Lots of shops and cafes nearby.

Downstairs bed mattress was a bit hard.
