This was a beautiful home we had a great time. Close to everything the only issue that I had is that the manager didn’t respond when we tried to contact him.

Overall the property was great. 2 issues that can be corrected stove/oven wasn't cleaned. The oven had a bad odor. The back yard and patio wasn't inviting. It didn't look like the pictures.

Everything was great very good location.

We where celebrating my friends 57th Birthday. It was a total of 8 women and one has an walker we did not let that stop her from coming turns out the house was perfect for her. Mostly all the rooms had a lot of room we all enjoyed the house. We rented a SUV so traveling depending on traffic is about 25 minutes to Ocean Blvd that was heavy traffic to me. Plenty of stores around and restaurants

Easy access to get in, the house was clean and very roomy. it was stocked with non perishable foods. We would stay again. No hesitation. Thank you Sergio.

Check in 3pm , received the access code 4:45 Upon arrival we noticed one of the beds linens appeared soiled. I contacted Sergio his response was “ what do you want to do cancel and get a refund “. Like really!? I made him aware when inquiring about this property that I was traveling from out of state with my teenage nieces and nephew (17,19, 19 & 22) and because their sheets were dirty we would pack up and now scrambler to find a new place. Then there’s the previous guest that just walked in to get her luggage that I wasn’t made aware of until after reaching outta extend my check out time. All in all things happen, and the place is very spacious. Could use up to date amenities but worth the price 🤷🏽‍♀️

Convenient and clean

The house was nice but kitchen not clean. Microwave and oven was very dirty. The owner thought it was cleaned. There were no pots and pans but owner was kind to bring very nice pot. The dishwasher smelled bad so we ran a few cycles to clean prior to washing dishes. The backyard grass was high so could not sit outside. No screen porch furniture. Lastly, busy street and traffic noise loud through out the day. No dust pan and mops broom in different parts of the house. Clean towels left in dryer after searching for them. Overall: the owner was nice and the tenants will have items resolved!

Nice, spacious clean property. Had a greater than expected luxurious look. I definitely will stay again. Sergio was more than helpful if needed or had a question. Location is perfect, right off 95. Mall is so close it was unbelievable. Lol.. Everywhere we wanted to go wasn’t far including South Beach. I will want go stay at this property again if and when I come back to the area.

The house was very clean and super spacious. The pictures do not do any justice. The only complaints I have is that the property have a really BAD ANT problem. We contact the owner and all they said was they will look into it. The house did have a cigarette smoke smell. But we sprayed to try and clear up the air. I found a dirty rag hanging in one of the bathrooms. The street is a very busy street. But to be honest I will stay here again.

Beautiful, spotless and centrally located. This property was just as described. Owners are quick to respond and extremely flexible. Thank you!

VERY close to I-95 & Ives Dairy Road - Lots of road noise in the front bedrooms - Backyard not mowed and patio furniture was mildewed and unusable - No gas grill - No patio furniture in the screened back porch. Inside was OK. Obviously an updated older home. Kitchen appliances all worked as did washer & dryer. A/C worked well. The open space in the house was great for the kids and the furniture was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. We weren't sure all the linens had been cleaned so we rewashed them all before going to bed. Driveway easily handled 4 vehicles. Sufficient for our needs, but not luxurious.

I booked this house for my 30th birthday trip. It was amazing! So clean and beautiful! We had a little trouble checking in, but it was only briefly, I only had to call the property owner once and it was situated. He was very kind and professional, and he assured me that if we needed anything just give him a call. The only thing that was wrong, was that there was no hammock like posted in the pictures. I would most definitely rebook and recommend! It was GREAT‼️

My experience was great! The property manager replies very prompt with any questions I had during the stay. The house is a very nice size and overall would stay again!
