Joe and Jean must have had first pick of units in this building. The view is amazing, and the unit is well decorated and appointed. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to buy one if we can find one. Thanks Joe and Jean for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful view of mountains, lake front and pools. Accomodations near by, parking, balcony and plenty of room for 4. Home feel without being at home.

Rooms were spacious, clean, great amenities. Best part of the trip was the views especially watching the fireworks from the balcony.

Amazing hidden gem approximately 25 minutes from downtown Las Vegas. Beautiful views of the lake and mountain with in an Italian like community setting. We were impressed with how quiet and not overcrowded the area was as well. Joe and Jean do an excellent job with hosting and maintaining a beautiful condo. We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

Casa Sudano is exactly as advertised. Jean provided updates and great communication from start to finish…definitely one of my best experiences with a host/owner. This place was perfect for us 50-somethings that just wanted some warm sun and a nice pool after exploring and hiking in the area without the world of the Las Vegas strip.

I found the property better than I was expecting. The view was it's best part but I have not a single complaint on any part of my stay. By far the most responsive owners I have come across. Do not hesitate to stay here.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and especially communication with the owner, Jean. My son and I were in town for his lacrosse tournament at Heritage Park (just a ~10 minute drive from this location) and couldn't have been happier with our stay in this condo. Extra clean, super comfortable, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beautiful property throughout!! Wonderful place to stay! The hosts are very attentive. They have great supplies for kitchen and bath so we didn't have to run out and buy stuff. Always quick to respond to questions. The condo and surrounding area are as advertised and better! The little shops and restaurants on the property were great! Mexican Restaurant, Sonrisa, is one of the best we've ever had! Too bad we couldn't stay longer!

Great 2 bed condo on the top floor. Condo was clean. Lots of coffee. Washer dryer and dishwasher.

The property was very clean and comfortable it felt like you were at home. The Village was great with the shops and Restaurants and the parking garage was easy to use and secure. Overall great experience

This place was not just a nice place to stay, refreshing for our tired bodies, but renewing to the core of our being with the view from the balcony/window since my wife and I are renewed by nature! A great place to do that while living in a quality rental! It is equipped with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable!

This is by far the best VRBO I have stayed in. It was very clean and Jean, our host, was so accommodating. Usually the photos always look better than the actual place. This place looked just like the pictures......if not better! Unfortunately my elderly parents couldn't make it at the last minute but I'm hopeful they'll be up to making it there next year. One of the reasons I chose this area was I didn't want to have to rent a car.......there are plenty of restaurants right there in the village and there is even a market called Season's which has reasonable prices. All of these which are only a few minutes walk of the Viera Building! I would definitely book this condo again! Thanks Jean & Joe for everything!

What a wonderful getaway from the strip. We enjoyed everything from the view, comfort and village environment. Communication with Jean was perfect. We will definitely be back when visiting the Nev. area. If you are thinking about this place just book it! Excellent!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We were here for a week and never grew tired of that view. We spent time playing cards on the balcony, swimming in the pool, dining at the local restaurants and all the other comforts of the place. We had a fantastic weekend at this property and the location was ideal for us. The property was as advertised, and the communication with the owner was superb. We are planning a future stay at this property.

The condo was an incredible place to finally rest after some long drives and hikes. We had plenty of space and it was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook some meals. Very quiet community but the little grocery store met all our needs. Saturday evening’s live concert was the perfect end to our vacation. I also can’t say enough about the view. The balcony was the ideal way to start the day with a cup of coffee❤️ Jean and Joe were amazing hosts, even left us a bag of snacks and water in the refrigerator! Thank you!

We took our 2 13 year old grandsons to Lake LV as part of their birthday adventure. The condo was ideal with the separate bedrooms and spacious living area. They loved the large TV for watching sports at night. The available water sports in the lake were great fun. The rental process was easy, parking was convenient, so our vacation was a success.

The best way to have fun in a desert - find some water, a great view, and A/C! Casa Sudano is prestine and clean as the best hotels, with all the thoughtful comforts I love of a VRBO. The hosts communicated in advance, and have thought through the best ways to have fun at Lake Las Vegas, Lake Mead, and the surrounding golf, biking and hiking areas.
