Die Villa Sogno sulla Spiaggia in Fontane Bianche (18 km von Syrakus und 71 km vom Flughafen Catania entfernt) bietet direkten Zugang zum weißen und dünnen Sandstrand. Das Meerwasser ist transparent wie ein Schwimmbad und vertieft sich allmählich (auch für Kinder geeignet). Das Panorama ist großartig. Die angenehme Temperatur das ganze Jahr über und die Sonne scheint fast immer. Exquisite Spezialitäten der sizilianischen Küche.
Das klimatisierte Apartment verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und 2 Betten auf einem Sofa, ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten (oder ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett auf Wunsch der Gäste) und ein großes Badezimmer (mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC, Bidet). Daher können 5 Personen (Erwachsene + Kinder jeden Alters) bei einem Aufenthalt von mindestens 7 Nächten (von Samstag bis Samstag) untergebracht werden. Auf Wunsch der Gäste können 2 weitere Kinder bis 4 Jahre in Zustellbetten gegen einen Aufpreis von EUR 30 untergebracht werden pro Kind pro Nacht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Villa und ist barrierefrei, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, WLAN-Verbindung, TV und ausschließliche Nutzung einer überdachten Veranda (150 qm), einen privaten Garten (2.000 qm), einen privaten Parkplatz (2) Auto), Dusche im Garten.

Der direkte Zugang zum dünnen weißen Sandstrand erfolgt über eine große Marmortreppe, die den privaten Garten der Villa mit dem Strand verbindet. Das Wasser des Meeres, warm und durchsichtig wie das eines Schwimmbades, wird allmählich tief. Sie können Bootsfahrten, Kanufahren und Schnorcheln. Sonnenliegen werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Temperatur ist das ganze Jahr über angenehm und von der Villa aus können Sie wundervolle Sonnenaufgänge (die Sonne geht aus dem Meer auf, am Horizont vor der Villa), herrliche Sonnenuntergänge und bezaubernde Shows des Mondes, die sich im Meer widerspiegeln, bewundern (siehe Foto). Atmosphärische Niederschläge sind sehr selten und daher scheint die Sonne fast immer, was eine fantastische Bräunung und angenehm warme Sandwickel ermöglicht.
Sehr zu empfehlen sind die exquisiten Spezialitäten der sizilianischen Küche: Pasta 'Ncasciata (von Kommissar Montalbano geliebt), Pasta alla Carrettiera, Schwertfischröllchen, Auberginen-Caponata, Reisbällchen, Oliven, Ricotta, Obst und frisches Gemüse mit unglaublichen Aromen, süß (zum Beispiel Ricotta Cannoli, Cassatine, Zitronenbrei, Mandel, Kaffee).

Fantastic stay in Fontane BiancheA beautiful huge villa situated on the beach, fabulous views and location. Fontane Bianche beach is busy, particularly at the weekends, but at Villa Dream you can relax in the lovely landscaped gardens away from the crowds and access the beach and clear sea from your garden gate.Andrea, the owner was very helpful in providing information and welcoming us to his property. Likewise, Angela the house manager was absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful, including driving us to the local shop for groceries etc.The air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas was modern and very good. Beds were comfy and bedrooms spacious. The villa was very clean and Andrea had arranged for the large gardens to be sprayed for mosquitos before we arrived, as a result we did not get bitten at all, despite sitting in the gardens for many hours. We were 4 friends staying and we had lots of space, including 3 bathrooms. The villa is also very secure.The local 'holiday market' for groceries was a 5 minute walk, and there was a lovely gelato shop Casa della Granita about 4 minutes away. There are 3 restaurants in easy walking distance. La Capanina is about 4 minute walk, the food is delicious and very reasonable, Malafemmina is about 10 minutes, a more up market restaurant with lovely views and cocktails. We would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Villa Dream, it is the best villa we have stayed in.

We are a family of my husband and me, 2 adult children and their partners plus a 2 year old grandchild. 2 of us travelled by train and bus and the others by plane and car hire. Both Andrea, the owner and Angela, the local manager, were excellent with communicating about the property and arranging for our arrival and departure. They are very welcoming, generous and jolly.The house itself is extremely spacious. We had sole use of the property with access to all the rooms downstairs plus one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. The rooms and beds were large and comfortable and the showers good. The outside is equally spacious with a well tended garden and patio areas in the sun and the shade offering ample space for meals and relaxing. The shower in the garden was fabulous and allowed us to wash off sand before entering the house. A godsend. There is ample parking for 3, or even more, cars.What sets this property apart is the direct access to the beach. It made the holiday. If you're seeking a relaxing beach holiday with the easiest access to the beach that is possible, with space for everybody, this is the place for you.

This is just perfect! It is very private with beautiful landscaping and direct access to the beach.The property is also very secure which was very comforting. The owner and the property manager could not have been more friendly or responsive. The house is simple, confortable and spotlessly clean. The outdoor terrace is spectacular. We will definitely return.

I recently had a great week with my family in this large holiday home with a beautiful garden around the house. The property was well maintained and had a brilliant location right on the beach, which was a real plus. The holiday home was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The beach was absolutely amazing! Beach beds were available at the house and in the garden we had an outdoor shower so that we could rinse off after every refreshing dip in the sea. The bedrooms were furnished in an authentic Italian way and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils and the Wifi functioned properly. It was a real pleasure to relax there and enjoy the sun and the sea. Moreover, the holiday home was easily accessible, with a little cafe just 20 meters away, a bakery around the corner and even a beach bar where we could enjoy cocktails and drinks. Also the communication with the owner Andrea was very smooth. He was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Similarly, the contact with Angela, the hostess, was fast and accurate.
Overall, this stay was a place I would love to return to. The combination of the beautiful holiday home, the beautiful garden, the great location right on the beach and the friendly owner and help from Angela made it an unforgettable experience. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with all the comforts and conveniences you could wish for.
