We had a wonderful time at this property. First the house was beautifully decorated. You can tell someone took the time in every room. We had a view of the water from 2 beautiful decks. We went out every morning with our coffee and the view of the water. The kitchen had everything and more that you could ask for and even left us some snacks (never had that before). The entire house was clean, which is always important to us. We also loved the bird feeder outside the kitchen window. There was bird food on the deck to fill and we did each morning. We walked to a beach area down the road each morning. We even had to go into the sauna - that was great. The owner was so accommodating we will certainly be back next year.

The property is beautiful, very clean and comfortable with plenty of common space and sleeping areas for 8 adults. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern, well stocked with anything you need.The house has water views and plenty of outdoor sitting space. It is convenient to downtown Mystic, our group drove into Mystic and took Ubers, which were very easy to get to and from.
The owner was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay when we had a few questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection! The house was beautiful and very well appointed with all necessities plus a few bonuses such as a sauna, treadmill and outdoor dining area ++.
The hosts were the most pleasant and accommodating of any I have ever encountered--you can tell that this is more than just a business for them--they want you to have a wonderful experience.
Other guests for my daughter's wedding stayed at another of the owner's properties and had a similar experience.
This really deserves more than five stars!

Beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the extra amenities such as the sauna, bikes and nice touch with a few snacks. Short walk to a small semi-private beach was nice for kids. Larger local beach nearby.
Loved the deck space for sitting outside to watch the sun raise with my coffee in the AM. Nice neighbors in this small neighborhood.. hidden jem!

This property is perfect for a vacation with two families. Our kids especially enjoyed the bikes and the ability to ride to the small beach in the evenings.

Our family stayed here for a weekend while celebrating a good friends wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful. The manger responded to any questions I had within minutes. Would stay here again in a minute but would stay longer!!!!!!!

The property really is lovely, with much thought and care put into making guests feel welcome and at ease. Neighborhood is quiet and picturesque. Our favorite spot was the deck off the living room with views of the water both sides. Perfect spot for families with kids!

Perfect for two families with young children
We stayed for almost a week with two families including 5 children under 6 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was so clean with thoughtful touches in every room. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything you needed and then some. The beach at the end of the block was great for the kiddos and a larger beach is just 1 mile away. We would definitely rent again - AnnGina is a fantastic host. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Looking forward to the next visit to CT.

Wonderful Experience!
This property is even more beautiful in real life than it is in photos. The house was extremely clean, and there were many wonderful small touches throughout. The decks all provided comfortable seating for relaxing and for eating meals. The beds were super-comfy, and there was a crib for our baby to sleep in (he slept great!). The location is prime if you’re looking to explore Mystic. The infrared sauna was amazing, especially after working out in the gym area of the basement (we also appreciated the work-out area!)
It felt great to be surrounded by water on 3 sides, and the air was so fresh!
The hosts are lovely, and were accessible and so helpful when we needed them. They clearly care very much for their house, and want guests to have a positive experience.

Beautiful home/Great Owners
The house is beautifully decorated- well appointed and very clean and the owners provide all that you will need for your stay- extra towels, soaps, outdoor grill, laundry detergent, condiments, etc . They also provided extras like a kayak, a sauna, fruit basket, and when they found out our teens liked basketball, they shared a hoop and ball.The owners are excellent with communication and very helpful and obviously enjoy hosting. Our favorite part of the house were the balconies where you can sit and view the water. Very peaceful area of Groton.

There didn’t seem to be many places within walking/short drive distance. However, there are many places to visit nearby within 15/30 minutes drive. We checked out mystic, ocean park beach, and watch hill, RI.
The owners are easy to communicate with and even greeted us at check in. We were given a nice tour of the house, and they did everything to make sure we felt comfortable. I highly recommend this house and definitely would come back!
