Great house in the perfect location for going to the beach or shopping. The house is right across the street from the beach parking lot, so you can only get closer to the beach if you stay in a condo on the beach. Quick responses from the host for any questions.

Clean neat and beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family! Plenty of space for playing board games, watching movies, or reading on the porch. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool was small but fine for floating. NOT fine was our inability to use the pool for the first 48 hours because the pool hadn’t been cleaned. Management company took a “thanks for your patience” but no action approach. Purple and yellow warning flags made the Gulf alternative an unattractive alternative. What was worse was that after multiple attempts to speak with someone (not offshored CS) to get action I was told, “ management won’t talk to you.” Palm trees needed pruning as dead palm fronds (4’a5’ long) fell into the pool daily.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sublime was a great location for the beach. The walk is very short and easy (about 5 minutes). The pool is small but nice for small kids. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the home and the quality of outdoor furniture. The house was very dirty upon arrival especially the floors which turned bare feet dirty within minutes of checking in. The house cleaner came to “clean” the next day but was gone within 10 minutes and the house was still visibly dirty. We had to take it upon ourselves to clean the floors properly. The other issue was that there was trash found in several beds (food wrappers and dirt in the sheets). The outdoor furniture was very run down and the table was very unsteady that it was unusable for a family meal. Also the internet had to be reset daily in order to work properly. A lot of minor details were missed but added up to alter our experience.
