Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean when we arrived. Benchmark stayed in touch before, during and after leaving, by text, which is very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs, which is rare for a condo. The living room furniture is very comfortable. The premises of the property was very clean and the pool was perfect.

The property is well maintained and the view is stunning. Just what we were looking for. We really enjoyed the extras (beach chairs/umbrellas, dolphin cruise tickets, and the others that we didn’t take advantage of). All the furnishings were well kept. My wife loved the decor. Our only suggestion is have more than one dish towel available.See y’all next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment looked great. It seems the floors had just been done. It had everything we needed. The comforters in the second bedroom could use replacing. The condominium building, however, left a lot to be desired. It’s really gotten run down. Construction at the pool for entire stay. Elevator was filthy. A piece of cheese was on the ground of the elevator the entire week were there. Busy time of year at seaside with lots of kids. I would have expected the building to be better equipped during spring break. The manager of the condo accused our kids without proof of throwing soda cans over the balcony. She later apologized, but that was totally uncalled for. I was at the condo and know they did not do that. Over all, the u it was great and the condo was run down. Still a good location, though!
