Dieses Haus ist Teil einer Maisonette mit Blick auf Clear Creek. Es umfasst ein Vorder- und ein Hinterdeck, die von Kiefern und Espen umgeben sind, und das Hinterdeck ist groß genug, um Kontakte zu knüpfen und das Sommerwetter zu genießen. Das Interieur umfasst ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa), eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Essbereich. Die zweite Etage besteht aus einer eigenständigen Einheit mit einem großen Wohn- / Schlafzimmer, einem großen Futonbett und einem Queensize-Bett normales Bett, ein Schrankbett in voller Größe, ein Fernseher und ein Kamin. Es gibt auch ein großes renoviertes Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne.
Es gibt Schlafzimmer für 3 mit eigenem Bett und 4, wenn Gäste bereit sind, ein Bett zu teilen.
Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst ist von einem wunderschönen Bergblick in alle Richtungen umgeben und der See und der Bach sind ebenfalls gut sichtbar.

Richard was a great host. Every detail was first class, from the comfortable bed to the claw foot tub and rain shower with multiple spray heads. Richard’s kind demeanor and helpful knowledge regarding local events was an added touch. Maggie, Richard’s black lab is a fine door greater. Thank you Richard for all of your hospitality.

What a superb place to stay if you are in the Rockies to hike, bike, ski or just enjoy the mountain air and scenery. Our host, Richard was more than accommodating and thoughtful. We so enjoyed cooking on the outdoor kitchen patio on the grill. We only regret we could not stay another night to enjoy the hot tub and more patio star gazing.

Stayed just one night in the upstairs suite. Very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints at all with the accommodations. Richard and Maggie were pleasant and helpful hosts.
We're planning to stay again and rent entire property later this year.

If your looking for a mountain getaway for a weekend, this is a pefect place. We loved the outdoor kitchen and amenities. Richard was a lovely host and the view was amazing. The property is stuation along the creek and is a short walk to Georgetown Lake. We will definitely be back for another visit soon.

This is a lovely two bed bedroom with great bathroom amenities, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very comfortable and has nice sky lights as well. The owner is very nice and has a sweet dog.

Georgetown was the perfect place for a quiet mountain experience. The accommodations were outstanding, and host and hostess were so friendly and fun. We may not be allowed back, but we’ll try anyway. We unknowingly fed a bear on the patio (leftovers), but the only damage was the scattered tomatoes and jalapeños off the pizza slices- evidently that bear wasn’t a fan. Host Richard has a great sense of humor and was also extremely kind as well as accommodating.

The Georgetown house was the perfect place for our stay. Going to the Red Rocks concerts was an easy drive. The quiet atmosphere of Georgetown over the hustle bustle of the Denver was just what we were looking for.

Gorgeous, peaceful, friendly!
This location was amazing. I was looking for a little writing retreat, and this was perfect. Beautiful views, absolutely charming and adorable town, super friendly people, and extremely comfortable facility.
The property owner was delightful, friendly, and very helpful. The bathroom nook is very well done, very clean and new. All the linens were of superb quality, and the mattresses and pillowsWe’re luxurious.
I’m definitely coming back to this, and I recommend it very highly.

Great jumping off point for lots of towns
Georgetown is a nice location for guests looking to visit multiple locations. We were able to experience the charming downtown areas of Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Frisco, and Breckinridge, as well as Copper Mountain village and Central City. Richard’s upstairs master suite is very clean, well stocked, updated, and roomy. We have never stayed at a property that was also inhabited by the owner, but Richard made the experience very comfortable and positive. He was cordial, friendly, and helpful. His sweet dog, Maggie, was friendly as well!

Richard's house is close to everything Georgetown, awesome hiking nearby and very clean. He was onsite when I was there and very pleasant and engaging to talk with.

Nice Place Good Lcation
We stayed in the spacious upstairs master bedroom which was comfortable and adequate for our stay. The room was filled with light and plenty of air. A large bathroom with 2 sinks super walk-in shower and separate tub and a microwave and fridge & coffee made things easy. 2 extra beds were available in the room. . It was really quite nice for the two of us. Richard was onsite, cordial, respectful of our privacy and helpful with our needs.

Cute and cozy upstairs rooms
Needed a place to crash before an early morning hike up Bierstadt - this did just the trick. Owner was very courteous and gave us a helpful restaurant recommendation.

Richard was a great host! This location is easy to get to and not far from the Georgetown Train Loop. Perfect size for a small family like ours! We will be back.
