Very small and very pricey.

location was fine, clean, warm

parking was very unclear, had to call. water never got above luke warm... cool shower not hot. only one chair and no table in the room. no place to put luggage. ice bucket but no ice.

communication through red awning was bad. the company was sending me checkin info but it never arrived to me. had to get all the information through text.

The location. The bed was super comfy. Water pressure wasn’t great and the sink was super clogged up but I didn’t let them know until the end due to being in and out of room all day. Need a place to store luggage that and maybe a dresser to put the fridge in stead of the closet so you can put your luggage in closet. Overall great location iron wasn’t working and they responded quickly with a new one.

No place to store luggage the closet was full of stuff. Carpet was quite ragged. Service was ok. Parking in a parking lot is not the best when you are staying in the smaller place. I would make table under tv a dresser and put mini fridge down there so you have more closet space

The location was good. The size of the room was what was expected.

When we arrived we looked at everything. We noticed there was a coffee spill down the wall by to the floor the bathroom counter and all over the top drawer when you pull it out. The coffee dropped down to the clean towels underneath and there was a stain on the comforter underneath the sheet. The handle on the inside of the shower door was broken so it came off if you tried to pull the door open from the inside. The drain cover wasn’t fixed to the drain so inside the shower it caused a slipper surface also sharp and when moved it shows the big drain hole. The coffee maker had coffee grounds caked on the inside. The remote didn’t work except to turn on the tv. I called the number to report maintenance issues and the excuse was that the maintenance staff was really busy so that’s why things weren’t cleaned. She said to put the towel on the floor for the cleaners and they would replace it. So I thought they were going to have someone to come and take care of what wasn’t to begin with. She gave me batteries for the remote but it wasn’t the batteries that was the issue. Nothing was fixed while we were there. And she kept saying that it’s weird how the last people never said anything so she doesn’t understand.
