The rooms were very large, beds are large and comfortable, heating working fine, all appliances working, 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms. There is free parking in the area, not right outside but pretty close. Cleanliness was ok, in general the property is updated and with pretty much all you need. There is a small patio area for sunny days. The house is withing walking distance to the town centre.

Both bathrooms lacked a way of locking the door from the inside so we had to put the bin outside when we had a shower or used the toilet, beds were almost falling apart so I had to bring my screwdriver and tighten the screws, the previous tenants broke the blinds so we had to improvise and cover the windows. One of the large top rooms have only a very small heater so it took ages to warm up. The house is relatively newly built and has a very high ceiling which leads to long heating time. We got there in the evening at 8 and only in the morning was warm enough to walk around in pijamas. It did stayed nice and warm for the rest of the time though.

Very comfy beds. Short walk to train station and centre of town.

Smell of cigarettes when we arrived. Lack of towels - only 3 between 5 guests. Lack of general kitchen stuff eg only 1 fork.

Nice good house for family. We lost our keys but we contact with members of staff they are so helpful 😊

location and the space of the house, the house was clean and easy to get into

was advised as a 5 bedroom house but there was only 4 bedrooms as the five bedroom was in the front room and no privacy for the people staying in both areas. this was disappointing as some of the guess had to share so everyone had privacy to change etc. The property had no window coverings in the downstairs bathroom and could be clearly seen from outside so a towel was put in the window for privacy. As you enter the house the step into the house if very high and 1 guess fell in not realising it was so high.

Location to Newport centre. Roomy and warm house with gas central heating. One shower room and one bathroom. Good range of cooking gear, Free wifi. Back yard with bbq. Very near to railway station and M4 motorway

Bath could do with some hand rails as I had to get help due to slippery bath and nothing to grab hold on too. Kitchen extractor filter and flooring could do with a good clean.

Staff were very helpful. Told them it was a special family occasion and they left a card and a bottle of prosecco ❤ . Property was very clean, beds very comfortable
