We stayed at this home at the beginning of the summer season for Lake Powell and the Glen Canyon Recreational Area. This home is so close to everything: Grocery store, Restaurants, Slot Canyon Tours, Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and more. Glows: The location and size of the home was what we really enjoyed. We would Google Maps locations of our activities and the time rarely was more than a 15 min drive to any location we wanted to travel. The owners very communicative with us and called us when we checked in to make sure we were settled. You can tell the owners love the home as there are nice/humorous touches everywhere (e.g. No Shoes, No Smoking, No Cowboys Fans sign in the dining area). The open plan was great. Grows: The listing doesn't mention this but the home is in a Prefab/manufactured home community. There are no sidewalks. The home sits on a one way street which caught us off guard the first time we ventured out. The street that this home sits on is well lit at night. One block south is 8th St known as the Historic Quarter - Street of small motels. This didn't bother us but some of the construction at those properties was a little unsightly.

Great location in quiet neighborhood with a view and hiking trail just down the end the street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. One thing we enjoyed was the fantastic Native American decorations throughout the home. We enjoyed the front porch and outdoor living area. Our party of six (my wife and I, along with our daughter's family including a 3 year old) had plenty of room. We'd stay again if we ever come back to Page.

This is a great location they have everything you could possibly need during your stay. Coolers, high chair , pack and play, laundry detergent, towels! It’s a great location so close to lake powell

We had an excellent time in Page and really appreciated staying here as our home base. The hosts were EXCELLENT - they provided us a ton of restaurant and activity recommendations which we tried and appreciated! House was clean and spacious and worked perfectly for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place was centrally located to the better places to eat. The house has everything you need and was very clean and cozy. We will be back to Antelope Canyon and will be staying at this place for sure!

Absolutely perfect place for our family of 3. The rental was as clean as any rental I have ever been in. Central to everything. If you are flying into Page or taking a flight tour out of Page, the airport is 2 minutes away.

This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and conveniently located in Page. Lots of helpful information about activities nearby as well. Would recommend!

This house was great for our needs, it was in a great location and packed with everything that we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this property (or based on communication with Ted and Theresa - it seems that they have 8 properties in Page) or any of Ted and Theresa's properties in the Page area. They are great hosts and provide a fantastic experience for guests. Well done Ted and Theresa!

The property owner was very accommodating, letting us check in a little early, which was very much appreciated. The house wasn't too far away from Horseshoe Bend for our kayaking trip, which was great. The house was clean and had comfortable beds. My only complaint was there wasn't enough hot water for my family to all take showers around the same time, so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of seating, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, easy entry and quick communication with the owners. Take a little walk at sunrise for a beautiful view of Tower Butte just down the street.

We loved staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to all Page attractions. You can even walk to the grocery store!

We had such a fun time. The home was beautiful. There was lots of stuff to do and keep busy. Horseshoe Bend Trail Rides was our favorite. Our family loved it!

This was a great property for 5 women on a girls trip to travel around Arizona and Utah. House was perfect. Everything you needed. Location was great. Near everything you needed. Already planning the next trip there! You will not be disappointed!

The Gecko 🦎 property is a beautiful property with everything you need and a location that we are RAVING about! The hosts (TNT) are so helpful, and have so many recommendations we need to stay another week to get it all in. Perfect location for ALL THE AMAZING National areas.

This property was as good as it gets! The house was extremely comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host thought of everything down to multiple luggage stands and usb charging ports conveniently located in all the bedrooms. In addition, they provided a ton of information regarding local sites and other amenities in the area. Highly recommend this host!!
