My partner had to stay due to public transport strike. He advised that it was under refurbishment and the bathroom was brand new and a delight! 5*. Brand new carpets. Bed was comfortable.

He needed some sparkling water and left the hotel to find a shop. A few yards from the hotel a car stopped and asked if he wanted cocaine…. The hotel was clean and he had a great stay - but the interaction was unsettling. Only criticism he had.

Pas de service de petit déjeuner. Le quartier est très pauvre, pas de quoi se restaurer dans le proche environnement sauf dans le "à emporter".

We had just caught an early flight back to London Luton following a month in Europe. We were very tired having attended the football match in naples the night before and the beers that come with it. I called ahead and asked if it was possible to check in early given that we had just come off a flight from Europe this was no problem for the staff and we checked in around 11am. We were very thankful for this and no doubt wouldn't of been accepted in the nearby ibis and big corporate hotels. This is seemingly family run establishment very clean and modern, we had a very comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Close to airport for a quick overnight stay. Beautiful bathroom. Employee waited for us to get there after our delayed flight, late at night. Rooms were large. 1 full bed and 1 twin in the room.

Noisy street. Bedrooms could be more updated.

I advised I would be checking in late. I was told there will be parking. When I arrived the car park was full (and tiny) and when I asked for help in where to park, I was told to go on google maps. the nearest car park was 1/2 mile away. Information needs to be clearer and if there is likely to be issues with parking, let your customers know. I won't be staying there again but it could be a really good hotel in all other aspects. I arrived after closing so never ate or drank there.

Short drive to Airparks parking. Very clean inside and looks nice enough for the money. Accepts cash and card payments. Bathroom was well finished.

Room was really hot. You could open the windows but the noise outside was too much too sleep with. Lots of random shouting, boy racers and loud music. I slept less than 1 hour in total.
