Comodidad, ubicación, limpieza y belleza. Hemos estado muy a gusto, el apartamento es super completo y simple; con los utensilios necesarios y materiales indispensables para pasar unos días.

El ruido del ventilador del frigo y de la maquina del aire acondicionado (aún teniéndolo apagado, han sido unas noches un poco largas en ese aspecto).

In a perfect situation for exploring Segovia. It is a mostly pedestrianised city centre so a free car park was 10 minutes steep walk away.

Absolutely nothing

A great property. You pick your keycard up from the hotel next door, then enter the apartment building through a controlled door with a lift. The apartment is spacious and clean and well fitted out. It is at the top of the hill in Segovia - where you want to be. But you do have to drag your bags up the hill from the car park. That perennial choice - do I want convenience to my car, or to be where I am visiting g and get a feeling for the place. We choose the latter every time. The hotel assists with the cost of overnight parking, and everything about the stay was as it should be.

Nothing - all good. A great place to stay in a beautiful town.

Lack of facilities

Perfect location, good communication prior to arrival. Great apartments which appear to be fully refurbished not long ago. We had a studio, which was very spacious, well equipped and many little details. Pet friendly, even provided a water bowl, a towel and a treat for the dog! Not cheap but worth the price. Would have loved to stay a few more days to make use of it all. Terrace on 5th floor also.

Hard to come up with any negative - a slight comment, the beautiful parquet flooring is creaking quite a bit - so if you have a dog that tends to wander around the room at night it might keep you awake.
