great location - large garage apt with ample space - nice pool

beds were ok - one was noisy

It was the prefect size for my family. We enjoyed our stay. Netflix was spotty as always, does the same in our area. Sara was very friendly and very helpful.

The apartment was updated and clean inside. Owners were friendly.

The exterior of the apartment was pretty cluttered and messy, not like their photos online. Should have let people know ahead of time if something bc was going on. Some things seemed to be “hurricane cleanup” like we had in Tampa but have already resolved. If I was renting I would have made sure the property was tip top shape. Also, not a fan of having to park our vehicle on the street. Not safe and definitely had us worried about someone swiping it on the narrow road. And they have a dog, just be aware it roams outside, they did try to keep it inside for us as our son is terrified.

This apartment is like a little piece of heaven in St. Augustine. Almost everything is within walking distance from the apartment. The hosts are fantastic and ready to assist in any way that they can. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for any couple looking to stay in St. Augustine.

There was nothing to dislike.

The family on property were extremely nice and very welcoming. Could not have asked for a better location for the forth of July and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

There is nothing to NOT like. It’s wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, maintained and spacious.

We would have rated it at 10 except one of the bed mattresses is very squeaky. When the other person you moved in the bed you could hear the mattress.

Location can’t be beat. Nice suburb feel just a mile or so away from the action. Love the accommodations too, very comfortable and lots of space to move around! The pool and spa look so very welcoming!

One mattress is pretty squeaky.
