It was located feet from the beach in Garden City.

The freezer leaked onto the floor, dishwasher didn’t allow the soap dispenser to open, oven door didn’t completely close, the owner didn’t supply one bar of soap, 2 of the four dining room chairs were broken, pots and flatware had dried on food, lamps didn’t work in the bedrooms, three drawers were broken in the master bedroom, cable didn’t work in the bedrooms.

It was kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The condo is right on the water with a great from the balcony.

There were a few minor maintenance needs in the condo.

We were not informed about breakfast. Was it included?

We had to wash some of the dishes prior to use, especially the silverware. The soap and shampoo were placed inside the towels on top of the shelf in the bathroom. The whole thing fell off into the toilet. I threw the soap and shampoo away after fishing them out of the toilet bowl. I would recommend placing the soap and shampoo elsewhere.
