Nice clean and well equipped apartment with a wonderful view and terrace.

The fridge was stacked a bit too much with wine and beer you could purchase.

The hosts are incredible and the breakfast was amazing! The room was very big with a huge bathroom - perfect for the three of us!

This property felt like a residential home in a residential area. We were given the full apartment downstairs. There was construction next-door that started as early as seven in the morning. When we enter the apartment, there was a clear smell of mold that we noticed it made us uncomfortable. We had to go and purchase products to hand the smell of the apartment. We had to keep the windows open because it was very hot and no fans were provided. The windows exposed us, and we thought we had no privacy. It had two bedroom and the TV and one of the bedrooms did not work and the TV in the kitchen did not work either.  Everything in the apartment was very old. The rug and the main bedroom was a tripping hazard.  The host was very nice and helpful. 

We are very disappointed in the quality of accommodations in Switzerland. And our trip we stayed in five different accommodations with ratings above nine on Booking.com yet all accommodations were very old with furniture’s that go back to the 1970s and 80s. It feels like it’s customary to rent apartments and hotels with very old furniture and charge top dollars for them.  it’s almost gave us a bad feeling about Switzerland and their tourism. Although the country is beautiful, but it’s lacking proper  accommodations. Personally, I would not stay in this apartment again as it did not meet the quality standards that I look for in hotels and apartment while I’m traveling.

The owners were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay. The terrace is a wonderful spot and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great fun, rather over the top! Breakfast was very good and they have a nice range of beers and wine to purchase in the room. It’s a good distance from Lucerne to have the country feel and yet close enough to get to the city and main autoroutes quickly.
