Very good location and view, spacious apartment. Great for families with kids.

The host that gave us the key didn’t speak English or Bulgarian and the communication was a bit difficult. The apartment was rented for nine nights without the option to get cleaning service during the stay.

Overall would recommend to anyone coming to Sunny Beach. Location was excellent, quiet around but right beside the strip and the beach. Pool and spa are gorgeous. Room was a nice size, perfect for a couple. We could use all the facilities and view the entertainment as if we were part of the hotel. All the staff were lovely. The property manager, Mateusz, is very friendly and helpful

Room didn't have an iron or clothes horse as advertised, but it had everything else. Some people around the pool played their own music which disturbed the peace a bit but in general was really nice. Indoor pool wasn't heated as advertised and steam room not functioning. We were there for 2 weeks and only got fresh towels and sheets, once and it was at 9pm on a Saturday which was not ideal.

Great location, great sea view. WiFi excellent. Property owner couldn't have been more helpful. Very impressive service.
