The dock and outside area had a beautiful view. The house was clean and the linens in good condition. The layout of the rooms worked well for us.

We loved the backyard. The pool and the view were amazing. The layout of the house and decor was beautiful.

The owner wanted to charge $50+ tax PER DAY for use of the hot tub. This was not disclosed in the listing on Booking.com. We contacted the owner to discuss this issue and all that she offered was two free HOURS of hot tub use. The listing stated that a fire pit was on the property but after we arrived we were told it had been removed. We didn't have any hot water in the master bath for five days until the property manager came over to check the pool on day five of our stay and we asked him again about the hot water. As it turns out the faucet was installed backwards so we only were able to use our master bath five days into our vacation. Basically we could have booked a house with one bathroom and no hot tub and paid $1,000 less than what we paid. There were several inconsistencies with what Booking.com, Evolve Vacations, and what the property owner offered as far as check in/check out instructions. There were several different time frames for "quiet time", and different prices for early check in/late check out. There were notes all over the house saying $500 fees would be charged for various things, like have a large gathering, a party, or evidence of smoking.
