This is our second stay, it is convenient, and neat and tidy.
The TV didn't work, and the bed was hard, and neither of use slept very well.

Location was great. I loved the view from the courtyard on the roof. It was clean and a good space. Nice modern shower. I wouldn't have much to complain about if it was advertised correctly.
It being advertised as a studio apartment is a bit of a lie, that's why the reviews are so low. It's basically the size of a motel room. A small fridge and a microwave, hidden behind the door, does not a kitchen make. Tv was very small, room was very small. The car park was a bit confusing as to where you were allowed to park, no lines.

The room was located in the heart of St Kilda. Only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants, woolworths, Palais theatre and the beach. There was a tram stop outside. It was very convenient.
The place was very noisy at night, with no sound proofing. We didn't have a great sleep. The water pressure was pretty high which meant the shower water temp couldn't balance easily. There were no rubbish bags and the plates and utensils were very basic (no bowls). The powerpoints were falling apart, with the safety questionable.
