Great location, beautiful views, wonderful balcony, fairly new and modern apartment. The apartment was quiet and close to local ammenities. The eating plates, glasses, and silverware were all good (see comments about the stove and cooking pans below).

Cleanliness was a concern. The stove top and oven were in real need of a thorough cleaning. The cooking pans need to be discarded and replaced. The downstairs bedroom was very warm at night and this was in October, with no AC it would be difficult to be comfortable. The neighbor's yard light lit up the entire entryway hallway outside the master bedroom so had to keep the bedroom door closed because of it, which added to the warm bedroom issue. There were a lot of items in the drawers and closets left from previous guests that need to be cleaned out and discarded, along with i.e. 3 year expired coffee, oils and spices. The door on the upstairs bedroom does not stay closed. The garage also needs a good cleaning and discarding of old "stuff." More detailed instructions for the operation of the fireplace, the TV and crank open windows would have been very helpful.

super Lage mit tollem Blick vom Balkon, moderne Architektur und Möblierung, alles auf bestem und sehr gutem Niveau
