spa bath was broken for our whole stay, cockroaches found every day, air con broke halfway through our stay. I wrote and complained during our stay to see if anything could be done or if we could be compensated but had no response. No reception on site so couldn’t contact another way

Amazing views, big place, beautiful spa

Apartment is good, big leaving room, nice kitchen, big table and comfy sofa. We were very happy, pretty close to town and next to the Port of Airlie.

A/C in one of the room was leaking, but that's a normal thing. Toilets are not the most "up-to-date" ones.

Beautiful location view was amazing

The complex was deceiving. We are lucky we booked 17A outside of the hotel because the outside areas (stairs, lift) were really dirty. Other guests complained about their rooms not getting cleaned properly. 17A was great.

Location was excellent. It had a lift which was great as we were on the top floor. Walking distance to town with no hills.

Needed some minor maintenance. Hardly any of the downlights in the kitchen worked. Fan in main bedroom only worked on full. Shower in second bedroom sloped away from the drain, leaving a fair bit of water in the shower all the time. At 3am there was a knocking in the roof on both nights we were there. Possibly the hot water system. Loud enough to wake people in both bedrooms.
