no USA outlets nor reliable Wi-Fi

Our stay experience at Majestine was unfortunately ruined by the poor service offered by Mr BASHIR. He first didn’t process the hotel book confirmation despite us having made full payment prior to our arrival and had provided all requested documents. There were significant delays in communication at his end. Eg he told us he will review the booking payment and provide a confirmation once he is in the office the following day, but we never heard back from him. When we arrived at the accommodation, the reception had no information about our arrival. The accommodation was also not properly clean when we arrived. The kitchen bin was full of trash. When I asked mr BASHIR to have it cleaned, he confirmed he would sort that out. However during our 2 days stay, they was never done. Overall, poor service and I will definitely not stay here again.

the property was clean and spacious. the facilities were all in good condition and the area is very close to Dubai mall. The staff are all so nice and helpful especially Bashir who made sure we were always okay.

Peaceful and calmness with luxury in details...Thank you Mr. Bashir It is absolutely my number one choice when I need to "restart" myself, to feel renewed, energised and rejuvenated.

It exceeded my expectations so i didn't find anything that i didn't like.

The apartment is super large, comfortable and the building is easily accessible. The manager Bashir was very polite and attentive, always available to help me with any questions I had, so I extended my vacation trip and also recommended it to friends

the rest. the room is not what was advertised. It's small and very dirty. Sheets weren't clean, there were spider webs, bathroom really dirty, no hairdryer, no safe, no paper toilet, no basic kitchen utensils,... stove didn't work ... a mess. Really, find some place else. Also, booking was not helpful at all, we told them that this place was not as advertised and basically they ignored us. We are initiating legal actions against booking.com.
