the property was right on the water

there was an awful mold and musty smell the entire trip inside or the room. the fridge took 24 hours to get cold and we had to put all of our food in coolers to not loose it all. there were light bulbs out, a clogged sink, the couch was damp and gross as if wet people were sitting on it previous to us arriving. the cleanliness was disgusting. the air vents look like they have not been cleaned ever. the ceiling stains and mold in the bathroom is awful. it is extremely outdated and not clean feeling at all. the beds are awful and the mattresses I don’t think have ever been replaced. huge hole you sink into when you go to sleep.

There is no breakfast. The location is nice. Although the way the buildings are situated everybody can stand on their balcony and see everyone else.

Lack of privacy on balcony. It was dirty with food on the floor, the AC wasn't working properly, the counters were gritty and hadn't been cleaned. There was a used bandaid in the sheets. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and there's not enough room for a family to sit comfortably. They were also doing construction which made it difficult to enter and exit the facility. Overall is run down and needs to updated for the money.
