everything has been great and we have really enjoyed our stay. We loved the apartment: the location is excellent, everything was very clean and well maintained, the decoration is lovely, and it has been very comfortable for our stay in Milan.

Great location.
Lack of communication from the host/company, and did not answer when I could not access the courtyard which had the key inside so I had to ring other apartments to get let in. The electricity had to be turned on awkwardly, and after trying to communicate with the company and getting very little correspondence, I figured out you had to press a button on the electricity panel (which seemed quite dangerous).
