Excellent location
Good communication and friendly and accommodating host
Hidden kitchen facilities
Although there was AC, it was not coping with the weather/size of the room and we were quite uncomfortably warm
We also did not find a trash can

Great location in the city centre with bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Air conditioning was not working in our room and it was really really hot there over night.
The accommodation is difficult to find. I do not recommend to use the navigation system in combination with the address. It would be much easier to have an alternative goal nearby in walking distance.
More information about the available car parking spaces are missed.
