Karen was so lovely and accommodated an early check-in and late check-out! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and she left gifts for each of them, the girls loved their mugs! Along with a bottle of prosecco which went down a treat! Cabin had everything we needed, was super cozy and hot tub was fantastic! Location is great, beautiful lake near by and wildlife right on the doorstep. We had a beautifully clear night for star gazing in the evening as well! I could not fault anything and look forward to come back in the future! Highly recommend to anyone want to spend time in Otterburn.

Nothing! It was perfect!

Plenty of room for 6 adults. Clean. Good amenities within the lodge. Great hot tub. Over flow car park near the lodge if you have more than two cars.

Nothing.

We were attending a wedding at nearby Woodhill Hall and this was 5 minutes away.

Lodge was excellent, no complaints at all.

Very cosy and lots if room

Bit noisy from the geese first thing
