The location can’t be beat. steps from the beach

communication - when i choose this hotel i wrote them if it is possible to have rooms next to each other, baby cot in one room and one more bed in one of the room. Mario, who is responsible for accomodation and booking for this hotel, told me, that they do everything and no problem. When we came to the hotel, nothing of this was done. It makes a complications for us. So they called to Mario and he told me that i get an discount for this complications. So we had an complicated stay and in the end no discount. I wrote him many times and he promissed me to send money back but this never happened. And he is silence now... I never come back to this hotel because of this behavior

The room was furnished very simply (exactly as in the picture), the necessary basic things were available (beds, shower, hairdryer, refrigerator, etc.). Maybe a bigger mirror would be useful :) We also had a balcony with a great sea view. Breakfast is simple, but appetizingly varied. In general, I rate this place as one of the best during our trip, because of the attitude of the staff (friendly, helpful, unobtrusive) and the general atmosphere in the guest house, as well as the feeling of privacy that reigns in the small village of Mimice - a great beach, people (who are not intrusive) and a restaurant. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely recommend it to others :)

It’s a very plain hotel. The rooms are very basic but clean. A few steps away is a beautiful pebbled beach. The staff is super nice and attentive.

I looked hard for a hotel in or near Omis. I picked this one beacause the description said “Sea View” and that is always a huge incentive for me. The reviews said the view was fantastic well, it was not fantastic. It was a SIDE sea view and that should have been specified. The balcony was nothing special. The food, which is included, is at a specific time. Dinner is at 7:00pm not bewteeen 7 and 9 it is AT 7.

Most of the rooms have views at the sea which is breathtaking...there is a restaurant and a bar and a living room at the place...the parking is in front of the restaurant behind the rooms next to the road...on the seaside are restaurants and a small beach not too far from the acomodation... Breakfast is fantastic. A shop is just on the road side...Split or Omis are just 40 and 15 min driving from this place ..15 min away is a gorge with a waterfall...

Very beautiful location, near beach - just 2minutes walk! Good restaurants around. Apartments clean and quite, view from balkony amazing! We really enjoyed this place and recommend for stay!

Excellent room with the best sea view. We could choose for breakfast from a huge variaty of local delicacies as well. Host was super nice and helpful all the time.

Perfect view, 10 of 10, great location, friendly host. Easy to find. In morning from our balcony we saw dolphins near to beach.

The meals were variety and delicious. The atmosphere was familiar and the host was really friendly and helpful. He was a good and talented guy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach and the supermarket was close.

They did not empty the rubbish...and they should gave not just one roll of toilet paper for three nights. One tip, if you redesign the rooms ( new equipments, one desk in the room with one or two chairs ect.) you can earn 10/10 points...

We were unable to connect to WiFi.

We staid here for one night while traveling from Plitvice to Dubrovnik. Location is on the main road and near to sea, that was good for us.

We ordered the best room there and there was completely no value for money. It was our the most expensive stay in Croatia and the worst one. Everything looked a bit shabby and not comfortable.

Close to the see, nice small beach 5 minute walk. The host was super nice and polite, waited for our late arrival Answered all our questions. The room was simple, but clean. Nice see view. Breakfast - multiple choices
