Fabulous location

Located very close to the beach ( less than 5 min walk). Clean with modern look. Airconditioning available. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Pets friendly.

Sofa bed available in the leaving room gives a lot of noise on every move :-(

the stove wasn’t working despite asking the manager to have a look at it

horrible service - I left my phone charger and called and no one wanted to help and hung up on me. I explained that I’m not from France and didn’t have a charger and was on my o phone and no one wanted to help

there was bugs all throughout the room

super friendly staff. clean nice modern and frah apartment.

We stayed just for one night and really enjoyed it. A really well equipped apartment very close to all the main attractions in Cannes.

If you have heavy suitcases getting to the 3rd floor might be a bit of a challenge. More of a building management issue - the staircases smell of cigarettes. The couch in the living room could have been folded down as there were just two of us and it took quite a bit of space.

The staff were very helpful and found another two rooms for us over the course of our stay due to access issues and broken lift.

the initial unit was on fifth spot no lift. this would be impossible for a family with young children. they found one with lift a few hundred meters away. the apartment was old, stove didn’t work, washing machine didn’t work, utensils dirty or not enough ( two forks and only one storing spoon for cooking) but the space big. the lift broke down so we were moved to another unit( the third in our three days). it was first floor and not as old. but power would trip if you used the stove or dishwasher mostly due to faulty broken points.
