LOCATION

location was lovely, nice furnishing and washing machine was handy

no milk at all, considering in a rural setting & a fair drive to get milk very disappointing. cobwebs outside, verandah needs a good clean, bins outside full

very spacious and had everything.Location was perfect only 7 minutes from apostles.

it contains everything and 5 to 6 people can share it together.Price is very affordable

Location is great. everything is perfect. I would liek to live there more should I can.

House v. Well equipped and v. Comfortable. It was practically beside the main road and the sea. Great location.

The villa was in quiet area and surrounded by nature. We didn't find any issues with bugs and mozzies. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The wifi was working fine.

The check-in process was a bit stressful. I didn't get any message from the owner about the check-in instruction and the code for the keybox until 1:45 pm on the arrival day.

Location was private/remote and a beautiful view across the valley. Perfect for a quick trip to see the Apostles, etc for Sunrise and sunset!

Close to all the 12 Apostles sites.

Internet was horrendous and we couldn’t stream anything. There were also many many flies inside near the windows and underneath the blinds.

Close proximity to attractions, quiet and spacious. Beautiful view,

Stove was a little complicated but I eventually figured it out.

the view, the comfortable bed and sofa; big to. wonderful views, very peaceful

the fridge was dirty - we had to clean it before putting any food in. the oven had not been cleaned in a while. the windows were grubby. the mosquito net on the front door was holed.

location location location, 5 minutes to 12 apostles, you can go there any time in morning or at night

It’s in an exceptional location, in between Otway National Park and 12 Apostles. You can easily explore both areas while staying here. Also there is plenty of space. Two bedrooms with beds for 6 people in total, a loving room with a dining place etc. Definitely a great value for that it costs.

It’s next to a swamp. If you visit in summer, it’s not much of a problem during the day but when it starts to get colder insects take over everywhere. We went there knowing this so it wasn’t an issue for us but just be mindful about this fact.

Functional and practical. No frills accomodation shower was hot

a functional no frills purpose build place. the house needed a deep clean and a touch of finesse. Everything performed its function but in a basic and practical capacity. the fridge worked but was very noisy. the furniture was functional but not welcoming the accomodation was grubby with dirty windows and fly screens, broken mesh and full ash trays (despite being a non-smoking property) which gave a bad impression. the shower worked well and had hot water but was very just grubby Towels were old and scratchy although they didn’t appear to be dirty (as mentioned in previous review) location was essentially on the edge ot field/ marsh area. flies were an annoyance too with 5 buzzing in the house when we arrived which wasn’t a great start!
