I loved the layout. Everything was inside the villa. It seems there are many other villas with separate bedrooms which I don’t like as much.
There was an inside / enclosed living / kitchen space - also not always the case. So it was pretty good for mozzie control.
Lovely light and bright layout. 2 living spaces. 3 en suites.
We were supported by our host who organised washing, nails and other bits and pieces.
The location was the main thing for us. It’s close to an excellent cafe (Livingstone’s) and some other food options, also a good supermarket and ATM. But it’s about 20 min walk into the main bit of Ubud. That’s ok for a parent on a power walk, although the footpaths aren’t great so need your full focus. Not so good for lazy teens who decided they didn’t want to walk in or catch a car (which is very easy to do).

All the rooms were spacious, we had ample towels for use, essentials and amenities were great for a short stay, the space was tidy and clean
The location is a little bit of a longer walk to Ubud centre
