Love the apartment. Beautiful, huge and clean. Have private parking, near the beach, the pool is great and children love the playground. Awesome place to stay with family and friends 😍

-No mini toiletries such as body shampoo, shampoo and etc are supplied in both bathrooms. So if u decide to stay here please bring ur own. - No wall mirror in the rooms.

The room was really spacious, they provide extra mattresses & pillows too. The facilities in the room like washer & dryer is working The security of the place is great, even access from the beach need to use access card, so no outsider can enter the apartment. The location is great, beach is just a 2 mins walk. For food stalls it might takes 5 minutes by car. Overall the apartment is great👍

The ceiling fans were noisy, need service & cleaning. The shower rod slipped off easily, need to repair that. The channel for the television does not work (no or weak signal), the android box keeps updating & never actually works.

Swimming pool and direct access to the beach but nothing about the apartment.

The owner of the flat and all the arrangements prior to check-in. The flat is very basic for the price you pay. We called the number before checking in but no one answers the calls until we have to call Booking.com and their calls were not answers too. The flat was dusty. The furniture and beds are worn out. OWNER, please not just collect money from your customers. Make it worth the price they pay. If you can not fulfil that, then do not rent it out!

Beautifull place to stay, near the beach.

Check in time 4pm, checkout time 12pm, paying for 1 day stay only few hours Deposit to high RM 300. When checkin dryer was on full towels, washing machine is loaded with soap when I want to use it today. Laundry door is broken. This is already broken when check in. Smelly towels n pillow

Location is very strategic, easy to eat as there are many food stall in front. House is spatious. Common facilities is awesome

Leaking in master bathroom, tv cant be use because the android box is so damn slow. No mineral water, no place to hang your towel. Curtain inside master bathroom also broken

The key need to be collect at the management office, which is far from the properties. I think its better to collect the keys at the properties. Furthermore, the pass card should be given two instead of one. Sometimes, I need to go to GF, to open the door for my family as its required pass card. Besides, there are two rooms in the apartment. I think two pass card is plausible. Other than that, maybe you could provide microwaveable bowl.

This is the HARDEST review I have had to give because usually, I always give positive feedback. The property advertised itself as a “Luxury” 2 bedrooms family suite. it is a 2 bedroom apartment but it is not luxurious. The ONLY positive about this apartment is that it is right on the beach and within walking distance of eateries in Batu Ferringhi.

1) We were told check-in is usually at 4:00pm, but we only received the apartment key card and main door key at 4:22pm from a cleaner and NOT the representative of the apartment owner. 2) Reason for late check-in is for cleaner to have time to clean the apartment, but when we finally went up, we found the floors still dirty, the microwave oven uncleaned, used tissue paper under the beds of both bedrooms, kitchen stove splash-back stained, and we had to call up the owner to ask for eating knives. There was leftover food in the freezer which we had to dispose of, and there was leftover food in one of the cupboards above the kitchen stove. 3) after several urgent calls, the owner himself came over to clean the place himself, bringing with him a new frying pan (because the non-stick one in the drawer under the sink was very old and the nonstick element was scratched badly) and dining knives. It was evident the cleaner hired to clean this apartment did not do a decent job of cleaning it because the dustpan was full of dust which was not removed and left in the laundry area. 4) there were no hangers in cupboard of one of the bedrooms and the bar (to hang our clothes) fell off while we were there. 5) only 1 side table and no table lamps in both bedrooms. 6) balcony doors cannot be locked. 7) we had to buy our own dishwashing and clothes detergent. 8) the instruction on how to operate the tv was inadequate and we never got to use the tv. 9) the coffee table was stained and full of mug stains upon arrival. 10) upon checkout, no one came to collect our keys and we were given an WhatsApp message on where to drop off the key card and main door key that we had to ask for clear instructions where to drop off said keys.
