La piscine, la situation, la décoration

Concert jusqu’à de 21h30 à 24h00. Impossible de dormir avant. C’est un lieu extérieur à l’hôtel d’où vient la musique, mais qui résonne dans dans la cour de l’hôtel, vraiment excessif. Malgré nos remarques, il n’y a pas eu d’intervention du staff durant les 4 nuits de notre séjour.

Very good ambience, gives satisfaction & luxurious vibes. Very good experience. Food was good. Rooms were clean & all necessary things available. Very good swimming pool. Within French colony. Everything nearby. Walking distance to beach.

Super clean hotel. well designed and most amazing bathroom I have ever come across as a global traveler. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, they seem to be enjoying what they do.

Mosquitoes! Not any fault though if the hotel. They did their best to help.

The room was slightly small, no hair dryer in the bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and functional.

I could have put a note up to 10/10 but unfortunately a staff of this hotel was not friendly and was unpleasant which lowers the note. Indeed, we had the right to have breakfast in our room and this one wanted to refuse for an unknown reason. Once the complaint was made to the manager, he no longer said hello during our visits, I find it unacceptable for an employee to react in this way! He does not realize the image that this can send back. Apart from this problem, the other members of staff were very welcoming and caring.

The hotel is well located in White town. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast had a decent spread. The pool is nice as well.

Everything! A minibar that actually works was a highlight.

Services can't shut down at 1015 pm. in a fun place like Pondy. Especially when there are no snacks in the room.

We loved the rooms and the sheer size of it as well as the bathrooms. We loved the main reception staff and some junior restaurant staff, very pleasant and very helpful. Very happy with our stay.

Breakfast could have been a better. 1 staff wasn't very pleasant. Dirty plates and trays weren't cleaned in time, resulting in mess created by birds.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very helpful! Especially Rizwan our contact was great at helping us out.

Safety could be something that the hotel can focus on for female travellers

Location is superb, staffs are very friendly. Food is also very good in taste and presentation.

Need to add some container (plate/glass) to keep materials like brush, paste etc. at washroom; some common items like brush, paste, razor, comb etc. should be kept in each washroom considering the price of the hotel.

A beautifully appointed heritage hotel. Excellent location, right in the centre of White Town. The swimming pool was lovely, and well enjoyed by the kids - but no "kids pool" - ie the whole pool is deep. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Great courtyards and nooks around the hotel.

The hotel is central to White Town, which means at night it gets quite noisy. The rooftop terrace is lovely, but there was no one up there and music was well above a comfortable level. Was not sure if I could order food up there or not, as there was no staff.

Nice boutique-style hotel in the middle of historic Puducherry. Very large and nice rooms with an indian flair. Really nice breakfast with both indian food and many western selections.
